Goofball Behavior Update
HIYA! SAVANNAH HERE!!!
Apparently, the inclination to act out periodically as a “goofball”, meaning ‘acting silly’, is not a characteristic solely attributed to TKS. Yes, yes, it is true…I was BUSTED!! And by none other than…TKS!
*shaking head in amazement*
Is that HRH Savannah?? Is she being a ‘Goofball’??
There I was, just hang’in out under my Nip N’ Nap mat in my our master bedroom. And next thing I know…TKS interrupts my ‘meditation’ time.
MOUSES!! TKS caught me doing ‘the silly’
I tried, I truly did try to ignore her and what she ‘assumed’ she had discovered.
She surely can no longer see me…umm…wonder if my butt looks too big?
I couldn’t stand it any longer, so I checked out her position once more.
Yep, I can still see her over there…MOUSES!!
I just gave up on my meditation session. Bummer, totally a bummer.
I am soooo outta here!!
Let me just say, I so appreciate all of my readers who have been hanging in with me. Mom L has spent dozens of hours doing the photo shoots for my series ‘I Am An Adult Homeless Foster Cat’ and I cannot fault her for not helping me visit. My apologies. I know that not visiting and commenting on others’ blogs means no one will eventually visit me; let alone leave a comment.
We all have choices and I have chosen to send Mom L out to do what she can, along with my guidance, to help those adult rescue cats who have no voice and are less fortunate than me. I have a voice. And I hope my voice helps all adult companion animals looking for their forever home.

I think your Mom is doing a wonderful job helping cats , we understand there are only so many hours in a day. We hope you can visit sometime though, you are missing some giveaways- like our eyeball one for Halloween 🙂

Savvy, you and Mom L have your priorities, and we support them totally. Helping the adult kitties needing homes is so super important. We think everybody is getting fewer and fewer comments all the time. We know we are and have heard other bloggers say the same. gosh, thank you for saying that. Mom L frets about helping me visit versus helping take photos and writing about all those almost hopeless adult homeless foster cats…she has had some amazing experiences on her photo shoots

Goofball time is impawtant to have…..for all of us no matter what. Just some time to let our hair down (so to speak) and let our inner crazy come out! Under the nip mat was a good spot to do that – – – at least until TKS discovered you!

We apologize Savannah. Our HuMom doesn’t comment often enough even though she is so pleased whenever she sees your post in our in box….and we enjoy having it read to us very much. She whines that it’s hard to type with a Mistletoe on her chest and Hitch pacing around with no regard to where he’s stepping….and when the twins join up, well it’s a real party. We will try to tell what to say so she doesn’t embarrass us. We have been enjoying your Adult Rescue Cat Series very much. Especially me since I walked that path. Keep up the good work. Your training of your Mom Linda is very impressive. I’d swear you started her when you were just a kitten. Really, amazing work! We’ll meow you later!
oh gosh you guys…we know you are ALWAY out there. We are just trying to manage our guilt complex for spending more time on local direct rescue efforts, including attempts at influencing the political agenda (so very hard) and supporting those adult cats stuck in the back log of homeless foster cats. You and Mom L outta ‘catch up’ …na’mean??
You aren’t a goofball, Savvy, You’re a normal cat, after all of your recovery, and we think that’s pawesome! We are reading along on your posts even though we haven’t been commenting. Your posting schedule is mostly opposite our commenting schedule, so you haven’t heard from us as much, but your series is amazing, and it’s so important for people to realize what great adult kitties are out there waiting for forever families.
Oh my you guys, my recovery is so ongoing…I am still working on not being terrified when picked up. And of course, there is always the trial of attempting to accept TKS. I am doing well, but it is a long hike up that hill of recovery for this 8 year old ladycat
You’re all heart, S. You deserve a little goofball time! You have taught TKS so much, and I think you have learned from her along the way…..
