  3. A lovely tribute page to all the furr babies who have had the fortune of living with your mom and dad. I’m so pleased to have found your blog, Savannah! You have an incredible story yourself, and I’d be honored to help you in any way I can to promote cat adoption. Here in Jersey City, NJ we rescue and rehome kitties. Here at Squeedunk there are 5 kitties, 3 of them pulled from the streets of the neighborhood. We’ll be back to read more!

  4. Beautiful sibes!! I see why u wanted me to take a look at them!

  5. What a great page sweetie. I’m so happy I took time today to investigate it.

  6. Came to check out the Sibe kins! What a pack of beawwoties!!! Oddly enough, our Mom had cats for about 20 years before getting her first Sibe. She said owning a Sibe wasn’t much different than owning a cat, she was already “used to being ignored” — ha -roo roo roo! Sibes ARE known as the cats of the dog world. We’re independent thinkers, just like our feline counterparts. We pick who we want to be with & we love to hunt and bring and back “prizes”, too. Guess we aren’t so ver different after all!

    Woos & a-roos,
    Jack & Moo

    • Mom and Dad always told everyone that their Sibes were like cats trapped in dogs’ bodies. The Sibes cleaned themselves like us cats and were very independent. Mom showed all 3, she did the training and Mischa was an obedience champion, unheard of in the Sibe world MOL

  7. What a lovely memorial of all your Humans 4 leggeds!!! I love Huskies also…has a Husky/Shepherd for a few years…..Bogart Sam was amazing…I always thought he was a bit ‘cat’, lol!!!
You know Savannah you are in a great home because all the cats before lived for many years….
Thank you for sharing the pix & stories of all these lovely 4 leggeds!!!
Strokes & scritchy scratches, Sherri-Ellen & Nylablue too.
(Nylablue let me answer this post, hehehe!!)

Samantha, I just noticed this page on your blog. It’s beautiful! I’m so glad to know that your Mom and Dad had such wonderful anifamily members, and I know the anifamily members loved Mom and Dad very much. Sammy is right — they’re watching from the Rainbow Bridge.

  10. That’s sweet of you to share those pictures and memories. I am so sorry they are gone. They are beautiful babies. I have always had a really hard time dealing with the death of a pet. My siamese Sam passed at age 16 over 10 yrs ago. I still miss him so much. I know we’ll meet again one day.

    • oh thank you so much. not many people look at that page but it is one of my favs. Mom and Dad still miss their former anifamily members and so I totally know they will miss me when it it my time in some years to go OTRB

  11. What a nice tribute to all the other animals your Mom and Dad have had…..I’ve told my parents when I finally go to the Rainbow Bridge I’ll STILL be keeping an eye on them and will be waiting for them when they arrive some day…’s nice to share memories isn’t it?

    Kitty Hugs
