Friday Memes: Preparing for the Holidays
HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!
Here we go again. Except the memes this week, at least two of them, are gettin’ you all ready for the upcoming Christmas holiday stuff. I do have a bit of a teaser for my Monday, December 17 blog post you might wanna be sure to hang around and read. It’s kind’a impawtant to me.
Let me hear you shout out in comments just how you do your own power nappin’. And I know my woofie pals get into this sport too so don’t be shy!
Come on! I KNOW you guys all help your hoomans this time of year with recycling all that paper. What’s your best method? Do you tear from the left or rip down the middle?
Sigh—what can I say. I don’t stir much for anything but food, loud noises, food, foster kitten squeaks, food, TKS tryin’ to sniff my butt, food—you get the drift, right?
My teaser for my Monday blog post has to do with asking you all to come back for a visit to learn about how our foster kittens Katie and Lilly are doing health wise. AND to learn how you can maybe help out Mom L and Dad P trying to get back to doing more for all the community cats we are helping.
That’s it!
I keep telling Mrs H this, about napping, but she just says I am in need of more exercise to keep me awake! BUt as to mice, well I would awaken at the drop of a lump of cheese, MOL
Great memes this week, Ms Savvy, keep up the hard power napping!

Napping and power-recycling? You two are kitties after our own hearts, for sure!
We like to hold down the paper for Mom while she’s wrapping. That way it won’t move when she tries to cut it. And we make sure the ribbon is strong enough to stay tight. Sometimes we even cut it with our teeth. (Mom doesn’t seem to appreciate our hard work for some reason,) Purrs, Snoops and Kommando Kitty
Yup, Dalton is a master shredder for sure…and um…well he doesn’t stop at wrapping paper! I am too haughty, (Which petcretary means I am too old…shheesh!), to shred stuff…MOL! I love to watch the others perform those rituals…Minko was a good shredder, and a good biter of all things corded…including those on Christmas tree light strings. Yikes!
The holidays crept up on us so fast!
We will check out the post for sure!! Play bows,
Nuk
Our HuMom says that having the ManChild home and feeling well is the best give can ask for, and since he’s the master of the Da Bird toy, we agree! Still a bit of freeze-dried salmon in our stockings would be nice too.
Hi Savvy and Sage! I have been in serious training for naps! You should see how advanced I am! Mom said she’d about put my skills up against anyone’s. I hope Lilly is doing better. She is on my list to purr for.
Katie Isabella (on mom’s account…can’t use my BlogSpot one here)
I’m looking forward to next week’s post!
we agree power napping is the best thing we can do while waiting for santa
