Close Encounters of the Absent Humans Kind
HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!
It is now Day 8 of our human guardians’ abandonment. Thankfully, it appears they themselves may appear soon.
About time! The human cat sitter person packed up and left today. Good indication that the humans are home bound.
Before the little kabillion year ‘get-away’ the humans took…I began to explore what closer proximity to The Kid Sage (TKS) might feel like.
TKS on MY master bed…hiding out…
While I was a bit miffed at her assumption she could just take over MY master bed like that…I did chose to remain in the same room…go figure…
She is on MY bed, I will simply tolerate her for now
We have also shared some space in the sun puddles in our living room…
I need to keep the sun off my delicate white paws
And then there was that little incident on the master bed before Mom L and Dad P abandoned us…
I had NO idea she was allowed so close to my royal self
Just to clinch the rumors that perhaps we are ‘getting closer’…she actually attempted to ATTACK ME!
Using my very special, personal Three Way Teleport Tunnel…TKS attempted to launch herself through a time warp continuum to get to ME!
There you have it…when YOUR humans abandon you, take off for their little get away…even if only for 90 kabillion seconds to use their private little litter box room…you must always know…even if you are an ONLY cat or woofie…they may be leaving you subject to…

Thankfully, my Mom L has chosen to reintroduce herself to my presence. I, of course, will remain aloof given that ‘she’ has been absent for EIGHT thousand kabillion decades. I will make her suffer, keep her attending to my every whim…

Good to hear all is back to normal in Savvy’s castle. And normal includes roomie-cats attacking – it is not as if HRH Savvy is not guilty of that, too! TKS has learned that from her – time to learn Sage’s way of getting closer for Savvy – repay her – in kindness! That will teach her.

Well Savvy, purrrrhaps with you and Sage being all alone during the absence of parental figures, the two of you will just HAVE to bond out of necessity! When it’s just the two of you – who better to play with, laugh with, meow with, than your roomie…..when your Mom and Dad get home I know you’ll be VERY happy but in the meantime – you have each other!

I am so happy you are planning how to treat them when they return. Whatever you bed to do, it is not enoough to pay you back for being gone so long. Make them suffer.
The humans here never get punished for going away. To be honest, I am kind of relieved because I go away sometimes too, and I don’t get punished when I come back either!

Savvy! We are so glad that your Humans will soon be home. We have heard that when Humans leave their furbabies for what they call “a vacation”, it is customary for them to bring back lots of prezzies on their return. So maybe there will be some nice treats in store when They walk through the door.
But don’t let them off too lightly. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with the thought that a few toys can make up for the kazillion nano-seconds of Neglect and Despair they put you through!
