Showing Some Love

As you know, I simply adore my Mom L. It is very hard for me to share her with The Kid Sage. Sometimes *blushing* I even hiss if TKS gets too ‘intimate’ with Mom L such as the times she climbs all over her right in front of me. I am trying to be more tolerant, honestly I am.

So when I observed TKS showing honor to Mom L’s freshly clean, and warm, clothes…I thought “What the heck…go for it Kid”.

Go for it Kid

Go for it Kid

And go for it she did…

These clothes are Mom L's and so warm...wonder if she will see me

These clothes are Mom L’s and so warm…wonder if she will see me

Was that her coming down stairs???

shhhhh...I am sure she won't notice me here

shhhhh…I am sure she won’t notice me here

This is so nice…wish she would leave her clothes out more often.

These warm, soft clothes are MINE, MINE, MINE!

These warm, soft clothes are MINE, MINE, MINE!

Hiya Mom L...luvluvluv ya...really I do...

Hiya Mom L…luvluvluv ya…really I do…

And TKS wins the day again…with those great big eyes…sigh. I don’t have a chance, although I do wonder if those great big eyes will help her escape her latest ‘counter surfing’ which she tried as Mom L was preparing her own lunch.

Tee Hee! Wes has been known to hiss at each other (and the hairy slobbery sister Cinnamon) when warm clean laundry is involved.

  7. Do you like warm, clean clothes too? I like sheets and towels best.

  8. Sharing the Mom is hard. ~Scylla

  10. We know Mom Linda won’t mind some black furs on her clothes, TKS. 🙂

TKS is just so irresistible – we smile every time we see her very kittenish look. Of course, that does not mean at all that you don’t make us smile too – you are also so beautiful!!!

Savannah, it may be time to offer the paw of peace. TKS isn’t going anywhere and she is obviously learning ways to wrap Mom L around her paw. We bet she gets reprimanded plenty, though. Those big eyes you mentioned show off all the mischief in her mind. We have selected you for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award. You can pick it up on our Friday post at The Cat on My Head. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

  14. Hehehe – I love to examine the fresh laundry -(just making sure it smells fresh)!😸

  15. We all know how to work the looks here, but I do have to say, we rarely get into mischief. I can totally relate to your feelings about TKS and your mom.

  23. I suppose it is the warmth which attracts TKS – after all you lot stem from southern regions: “A genetic study in 2007 concluded that domestic cats are descended from African wildcats (Felis silvestris lybica), having diverged around 8000 BC in West Asia.”

Waving paw...HI!...what'd 'cha think...??
