Katie is having a blast!

I just have to share some sweet photos Mom L captured of KK aka Katie, finally playing like a crazy cat after Pipsqueak’s adoption and absence. Interestingly, KK stopped playing in the evening play time on the living room floor with Mom L or Dad P. She only played if Pip was involved. She pined for him for a week or so and then miracle of miracles—she BLASTED through the cat tunnel one night with Mom L and hasn’t stopped since!!
KK loves the chase! She dashes and jumps just like she did before Foster Pip arrived. Making Mom L and Dad P so happy and relieved to have playful KK back!!
Can you see her diving in with her bum in the air? And then, she dives partially through showing off her head in one color (yellow) and her bum in the other (green)!!
Sweet KK just loves playing in her tunnels.

I always loved running through the tunnel in the hall but now it’s more like a slow stroll thru it.
It is lovely to see Katie enjoying herself playing again.
We love seeing her have such fun. We have a tunnel that is in the door to the cat room going into the hall. Our room has two doors so we can run around and zip through our tunnel from different directions

Maybe KK was treating Pip like her kitten. We are glad she is playing again. We all love to play here. Scylla’s favorite thing is to lay in ambush. She ambushes everyone, the peeps the dogs and of course her kitty siblings.
Our Maeve brought a very similar tunnel with her from her foster family. Without her tunnel to give her cover I’m not sure but I think she might still be hiding under the chair. As it is she now uses her tunnel to blindside the unsuspecting passerby bursting out as you wander by.
We hoolignas, have a tunnel outside, that Angel MJF used to run through, but we have not tried it as yet…and I Pipo am not into tunnels so much these days, though I used to have fun with the crinkly ones way back when Minko was still with us…sigh….I seem to have lost my kitteness after he passed…so now I like to whap the hooligans, and watch the outside doings….and cuddles with Pawppy…way more than cuddles with petcretary….I always liked to cuddle with him more than her, MOL!
tunnels are wonderful things… we still look for the teleport tunnel what can bring us to our friends in zilch ;O)
