Ms Savvydo’s 5 Minute Work Out

HIYA!!  SAVANNAH HERE!!!

As most of you know, I have not been having my regular crazypants work out with Mom L for a couple of months. My very extraordinary Feline Specialist Vet and Mom L and Dad P and all have agreed…I have the early onset symptoms of IBD. So we are trying to learn how to manage that while Mom L and Dad P are gone for a kabillion years in a few days.

They would not go if there wasn’t considerable loss of funds to a family member who gifted this to them. That being said…you will not be seeing me in your comments. I am sad, but such is the stuff of life, right? We read to try to keep up but even that is hard as we prepare to move so unexpectedly.

The real deal…here it is…I will not be posting from June 24 through the end of the universe.

GOTCHA!!! MOL!!

Seriously, once the Mom L and Dad P are back, we must be moved withing 10 days. Right now there are so many boxes, and people coming in and out…TKS and I do not want to pose for any photo shoots for my blog.

Hope you will all be here when I can come back. I asked Mom L to take some photos of my short and shorter work out sessions…(be sure to hover over each photo to be able to view the captions…)

Of course my curiosity got the best of me…

And that my pals is my 5 minute work out these days. I did do a couple of laps chasing the red dot after that…but that was the best I can do. I have not lost any weight, I am still eagerly eating my prescription Royal Canin S/O kibble. Too bad they don’t want ME for a spokescat…right?

TKS is doing great; loves all the commotion and boxes. We will be around for  week or so, then stay tuned until we return.

Tail Whiffies…Score for TKS!

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Our mornings in bed with Mom L are pretty special. Sometimes I allow TKS to actually rest on Mom L’s lap even though I am snuggled right up tight against her legs.

But…as you can imagine…TKS can never be polite. She must always take advantage of my moments of complete relaxation as Mom L is lightly stroking me…

purrs and zzzs

She cannot seem to leave well enough alone…na’mean?

The Kid Sage just doesn’t seem to have any impulse control.

Do you have fur family who are like her? If yes, then come on and ‘dish’ in my comments and tell me your best story about a time one of your fur family lost their impulse control to the point of making you wanna give out a smacky paw…go on…I dare ya!

peeEss…I probably won’t be able to visit much for a few weeks. I think Mom L will type for me until end of June…but then I am gonna give her a leave of absence so she can get us moved. I hope you will all stick with me over the next two months and forgive me for being so rude by not leaving comments. We do have a home to go to in case I forgot to tell you; just not one we can be in for a long time…but we have a home together. I will post more on Face Book in the next weeks to come.

Counter Surfing: Advanced Course

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

In the three years we have lived in this town home, I have never ever jumped onto Mom L and Dad P’s bathroom counter. I have only ventured onto the kitchen counter twice in our current home and once in our last home which we lost to the banks…that was my first home with Mom L and Dad P. (be sure to hover over each photo to view my captions)

I don’t like to jump up on anything higher than about 18 inches (45.7cm). The counter surfing I did in the past was a whole big whopping 36 inches! (91.4 cm)!!

But I haven’t done that for a while so you can imagine Mom L’s shock when right in front of her, I jumped straight up on their master bath counter…another 36 inch leap!

Thankfully Mom L has been living with her cell phone attached to her body because of our house search so she could snap a few photos of me investigating the new counter.

That wasn’t enough for me. I needed to do a bit more exploring. Mom L was getting ready to grab her shower so there were some interesting items stacked on the tub. I made sure to give them all a sniff or two.

For me that was very brave to inspect the bathroom like that. I just keep on gaining confidence. My recovery is long, and I slide back, but I always then take several paw steps forward. Thanks for all your support and encouragement my pals.
