Mysterious Car Keys and TKS

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

The Kid Sage aka TKS is forever gonna be stoopified at how things work in life. We older kitties have come to learn that our humans simply cannot ask simple questions. For example—Mom L could have asked TKS this question: “why is your tail looking like it is two inches off the ground?”

TKS could have quickly been alerted to the fact that her tail was being held in an abnormal height and she would have known to check out ‘why’ it was doing that.

But no, no—Mom L asked “where are my car keys?” As if TKS would have a clue!!

No! I certainly have not seen you stoopid car keys!

No! I certainly have not seen your stoopid car keys!

I can’t blame TKS at all for feeling affronted by such a question. What the heck would she know about car keys and why would she care—right?!!

Hey guys? All our readers out there—do you think I know where those stoopid car keys are?

Hey guys? All Savvy’s readers out there—do you think I know where those stoopid car keys are?

See!! TKS reached out to all of my readers to double check and make sure she wasn’t missing a thing. Now I hope you will all chime in with comments to reassure her that Mom L’s questions was stoopid.

Sorry Mom L. No one knows where your stoopid car keys dashed off to

And there you have it. No kitty could answer Mom L’s questions honestly as Mom L was not specific enough. We all know that we kitties need specifics! Right? So let me know in comments if you have ever had to answer stoopid questions from your humans.

Friday Silly Photos

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Remember a couple of weeks ago I shared some important progress of mine that happens only at night? Well Mom L decided she would try for a photo of how relaxed I am sleeping up tight next to her. This is gonna be grainy cuz it kind’a pix-lated when we did some editing.

nana-at-night

And The Kid Sage never fails to provide equal opportunity for silly photos. Our house cleaning lady, Ms. Norma, was here on Wednesday and she laid her nice black sweater on the bench in Mom L’s office. Little did Ms. Norma know that the bench is TKS’ fave place to sleep so she can keep an eye on Mom L.

Now this photo for sure took some doing cuz Mom L didn’t even SEE TKS until she almost tossed something on top of her!!!

Mom L Can’t Ever Leave Again

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Well I can tell you kitties that TKS and I have had a pretty rough start to our week. First thing on Monday morning, the Mom and Dad are up at some uncatly hour, runnin’ around gettin’ Mom L all showered and whatnot. Dad P was collecting i-this and i-that and all her chargers.

Why do you suppose humans need to get charged so often? Seems like a lot of energy is goin’ in but I wonder about what the output really is. Some cat really outta do a study on that. Let me jot down a note for Seville and Silver and get them right on that research.

Now, back to the hurried Monday morning activities in discussion.

Mom L and Dad P both gave us hurried good byes and pets and Mom L left her last remaining i-thingy playing music for us. And there we were left, counting our claws until someone returned home. In a bit of time, Dad P returned, but no Mom L.

What the—???!!! Now wait just a chik-hen pickin’ minute! How am I supposed to sleep tonight? When is she comin’ home. Where did she go??

I put this question to Dad P many times during that day and it was my last query to him before I went upstairs to learn if Mom L had come back in through an upstairs window.

where-is-my-mom

Now that is a pretty rotten photo but Dad P did what he could taking a photo with his iPhone, with a table lamp on right next to him, at night. That’s as good as it gets kitties.

As you can tell, I was deeply disappointed in Dad P for not making Mom reappear. And TKS was just stunned when she went up to get her bed snuggles with Mom.

So we went through this the next day as well. No Mom. We were not happy cats, no sireee. But on Wednesday there she was!! She walked right through that back door!! The week was saved after all. But as for Mom L, well TKS and I have grounded her for like life, na’ mean?? She won’t be allowed out without security detail that guarantees she is home by our bedtime.
