At Last! Back on my tower doin’ my thing!

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

My long time readers will recall that I once played like a crazy cat gymnast on my first kitty tower. I was a diva on that tower and outta  have applied for that Cirque du Soleil! And yes, Mom L had to do some stoopid stuff to make my eyes look better…but I think she made them look like I was whacked out on the nip! MOL!!!

I am rockin' this acrobatic stuff

I am rockin’ this acrobatic stuff

I have not played on my first ever cat tower since 2012. When we lost our owned home in 2012 and moved, I never played on it like I used to when I knew it was residing in our very own home. Then we moved again, another rental home, and I didn’t like where it was then. But Mom L who knows me so well, finally found a place where I can play with her like I did four years ago!!

That is what we call SAVANNAH PROGRESS!!! PeeEss…notice the positioning of my whiskers in the photos and tell me what you see in comments.

Come on Mom L—give it to me!!

Come on Mom L—give it to me!!

(hint: whiskers relaxed)

I begged Mom L to bring it on!!

Give me what ya got Mom L!

Give me what ya got Mom L!

And Mom L delivered.

I 'm gonna get you feather buddy!

I ‘m gonna get you feather buddy!

We are now playing every day on my long time cat tower pal. Good to be back where it all began with Mom L and learning to play like a cat who feels safe, treasured and loved.

Check out my powerful paw grips!

We end every play session with a look of anticipation for the next one!

How Do You Like My New Tabby Cat Stripes?

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

As you know I am a member in great poor standing at The Tabby Cat Club. Ahem…koff…koff…

Ummm—let me start over. I have not pawticipated in The Tabby Cat Club for a while. Not because I don’t want to, but all because Mom L won’t help me. So there! I admitted it. So I decided I needed some new Tabby Cat Stripes to remind her that I do indeed belong to TTCC!

How do ya think I did when I added my new Tabby Cat Stripes?

I think my new Tabby Cat Stripes look wonderful on my gray furs

Do you think my new Tabby Cat Stripes bring out the green in my eyes??

Hope Mom L gets the message—I miss The Tabby Cat Club

pEEeSS—Major paw pats to all of you who are helping me put captions on all the photos I posted on Wednesday. Remember, you are selecting ONE WHOLE SERIES to follow through from the first photo in the series to the last. You are telling a story about what you think that one kitty in your chosen series was thinkin’ about bein’ at the Cat Kitchen Clinic. On Monday, January 16 I will post only those captions where my readers followed through on at least one complete series of photos.

This is gonna be fun so you had best drop by and check out the creative captions!

Your participation is inspirational!!

Our Very Own Pushover Dad P!

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

I have to ask all my readers a very important question.

WHICH HUMAN IN YOUR  HOME IS EASY TO WRAP AROUND A PAW ?

Now don’t be shy, come on, talk to me. Who is it?

OK, you are all being a bit shy so let me start with my own humans. I have Mom L and Dad P.  Now my mentor, Angel Sammy , taught me all about how to instruct Mom L in making a proper cat tent.

First time Mom L made a tent for me—well—it was Ok. But as you can see, I had to duck a good bit to fit.

Since TKS barged into joined my family, I have been reluctant to use any tent made for me. And that has been for like about a kabillion years!

But this year, we are gettin’ some really cooler weather and lots of rain for now, so I decided I needed to convince Dad P I was in the need of a way better “cat den”. And VOILA!! Dad P all of a sudden decided his sweet little Princess Savvy was in need of that very same “cat den”!!  (called “wrapped around a paw”).

At last! A new updated 2017 Cat Den!

Say what? OH??? You can’t see me in there? Well here ya go—

zzzzzzzzzzzzz_Mom L I have one eye on you!

And seein’ as how I am not too eager to share my cat den with TKS, well Dad P took care of that little complication really well. She got her very own cat den in another room!! Woo Hoo!!

shhh—cat napping

Ok, ok—I know you all wanna see TKS in her cat den—here ya go!

Yo Dad P! Would ya mind gettin' that photo done already??

Yo Dad P! Would ya mind gettin’ that photo done already??

There you have it. How to paw wrap your human. I am really gonna want to hear how all of you do this. Maybe we could like collaborate on writing a book about this topic? What do you think??

PeeEss—Thank all who visited on our GOTCHA DAY blog post January 4th. We did not reach our target of 100 comments, but Mom L and Dad P are still going to donate fifty dollars, USD, to Outcast Cat Help in honor of Mom L’s role in 2016 as a Feline Express Driver.
