You remember Gigi, and her new brofur Buddy? They live with Spitty’s human, Miss Mary now. I’m thinking Gigi may be the Mistress of that castle, don’t ya think??
My castle is ever changing. Does yours do that too? I really must know if I am the only senior kitty who is forced invites castle guests. I do know there are many others like me, who have been abandoned on the cold streets without the love and care of humans. But seriously, do they ALL have to show up on my castle doorstep??!! I mean, who gave this kitten permission to simply wander around my WHOLE castle???
Why I was shocked!!
You can just see the amazement on my face, right? Here I am , lounging on my plush living room area rug, chillin’ before Dad P bring me my dinner, room temperature as I prefer, of course. And what do I see flash past me??? Some other happy go lucky kitten! And she is tall!!
And there she is, first in my our master bedroom, just takin’ her time to check out my our TV controls. I betcha she changed my favorite channels!! And she even spread all her smells on TKS’s favorite cat tree at the tippy top sanctuary!!
Then she just sashays down stairs to the shock of Katie and Sage!!!
Well I can secretly tell you that Katie has been slowly submitting to the playfulness of this introoder six month old kitten. SHOCK!! But there you have it. And NO!!! She is NOT—please Ceiling Cat let this be true—going to stay!!!
Please put all paws together and pray for me and my sanity that this long legged rambunctious teenager finds her forever home ASAP!!

And now for a soothing demonstration of a wonderful Yin Yoga pose. What? Don’t know about Yin Yoga?? Why we cats have been doin’ this for, well for—forever!! My new little 7 month old buddy Cheeto shows us how.
Yin yoga balances the nervous system as you rest in longer-held postures. We can hold that posture for hours!!! It allows a space to quiet the mind and heal. We cats know we gotta keep our minds sharp to be able to manage our humans. When you stimulate the connective tissue, it can help with flexibility, circulation, and muscle recovery. And that’s why we cats remain so flexible all our lives! Ask an 80 year old human to hold her leg straight up while she licks it clean!!!
