Happy Holidays to All My Readers

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

I want all my readers to receive my holiday greeting e-card so I am posting it today. I will be back next Friday with more Friday Memes, I promise. Mom L, Dad P and I and Sage, Katie, Domino and our foster Binky wish you all a most joyful and warm holiday, however you may celebrate. And if you do not celebrate any holiday this time of year, then we wish you blessing for a most wonderful New Year!!!

This is our sweet foster girl, Binky (Reesie to her family). She is now six months old and no one has even inquired about adopting her for the whole three months she has been listed on Pet Finder and Adopt-A-Pet. If you live in the San Francisco Bay area or know family and friends who do, please share Binky’s posting in hopes of her finding her forever home before 2023!

She totally enjoys being a bed buddy for Dad P or Mom L. They take turns sleeping with her in her guest room. Binky is quick to play chase with any wand toy and she likes being held, and will sit in a lap for some pets.

Monday antics with Domino

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

I can do these “antics with Domino” posts all day everyday! This kid is a nonstop circus! And he sure does keep Katie on her toes and running and jumping playing tag all around the house. 

Domino does some crazy things and just the other day he did one that made me and Mom L laugh out loud! I have taken to using my flannel small beddie this winter so Mom L keeps it on my side of our master bed.

Domino decided to use it as a hideout!

Can you believe he thought his whole ten pound body was gonna fit under my little beddie!! He was certain no one could see him.! HAH!!

Mom L proved that she could see him and he looked at her with such surprise! And of course Sage was lookin’ at him as if to say “seriously kid??!! I can see your big butt from way over here!!!” Such a goofy boy cat! Do you have any goofy juveniles in your castle??

The sillies in my castle

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Of course most of the silliness begins and ends with my newest castle full time resident, Domino. He is just sucking up like no body’s business to Mom L. Thankfully, she still  tells him that “I” am her heart kitty and her personal Princess!

Yeah, I know. He is kind’a cute, huh? Well he has now  taught Katie how to beg cutely when Mom L and Dad P eat dinner with their trays so’s they can watch a TV show they wanna see. I swear!!! On a stack of my now fave Weruva chicken kitten food, that before Domino, sweet KK NEVER begged for human food. Welllll—outside of chicken of course.

Speaking of food. I don’t wanna push our nonprofit community cat rescue, Delta View Cats, on my blog. BUT—we are desperate for food donations to help us feed the fifty abandoned community cats our volunteer colony caretakers feed every single day of the year around our waterfront and Marina in our city. Delta View Cats provides the food and the colony caretakers provide the time and love to make sure these kitties get a good meal of wet food and dry every day.

This is Domino sitting in front of a few cases we received today from our Mother Hubbard Food Drive going on right now. We need FOUR THOUSAND cans of wet food to feed the kitties from December through April, 2023. Yep!!!

During the winter months we feed each kitty one five ounce can of wet food and one third cup of dry. This helps them build up fat and  thick fur to keep the cold winter nights at bay. We are a small, all volunteer nonprofit doing TNR and feeding these cats at specific sites where no one would be feeding them.
