Staircase Troll Workout
Hiya! Savannah here!
Everyone seem to like my new job as Staircase Troll…so I thought I would show you a little bit of how I do my job.
First of all, it is impawtant that I stay in good Staircase Troll condition…so I workout as I do my job…
…here is a little sample of a short workout, using only one stair…
Of course I do a far more intensive Staircase Troll workout when I use several stairs, and I will share that with you too…but I haven’t felt like doing the intensive workout for a couple of days…so I’ll get back to you on that one!

Ever thought of doing a workout video for kitties to train? I’m sure plenty of kitties would enjoy a DVD to workout at home.

actually, Mom thought about doing that when we started..for my “Fitness Recovery” stuff…but she can’t make nice videos like yours Texas, with music and stuff. And she doesn’t even have a clue how to edit video so she can cut out stuff and add stuff from another video…anyways, it was a nice idea…paw pats

ohhh Spitty…Nellie is right…you are such a flirt! And no, I am not having fun with the first intruder, nor will I have fun with the second one! I can’t wait until Sept 9th…then just me and Mom and Dad!!! This has been pawful and one more visitor to go…ick!

Excellent workout routine Savannah…….you have stairs in your new house right? I hope they have carpet on them – trolling doesn’t work as well on BARE stairs!!
