The Day After Arrival…
Hiya! Savannah Here!
Bet’cha can’t guess where I went after Mom opened those doors I was looking out of…welllll….
I bet every cat knows exactly where I went when I got access(VBP) to our master bedroom…UTB!!!!
…The Bed…
…ME!…UTB!!…
And I can tell you…I stayed there until Mom and Dad went to bed…then I joined them OTB for the night…nice!
Next day…I came out to get some exercise with Mom…she and Dad set up all my fave play things in our bedroom.
I’d like you to notice the toy Mom used to get me to explore and play…it is one of my most loved toys right now…and I learned about this fab toy from my girl pal and furriend Keisha, over at Stunning Keisha…HIGH PAWS to Keisha for telling me about peacock feathers!!
…first, this is all the play stuff..it looks like I have 2 of my 3 tunnel toy…but this bedroom has all these mirrors on the closet…so everything looks double…very confusing sometimes.
Notice, there is one new thing…the green scratching lounge…will she use it or won’t she???…
…Mom called me to play…I was in the closet taking a nap on in the hidey hole Dad made…he put one of those poofy white rugs I like in there…
…then Mom wriggled the peacock feather and out I came and we were off to play!!!…
…I was like a crazy cat…I was jumping and running around…chasing that feather wherever it went…
…WHAM! Got it under my Nip ‘N Nap mat…heh heh…
…next it went under my fave paper bag…it’s from Tommy Bahama’s and I like it lots…
…hmmmm…guess you can tell I REALLY like this bag…I hung out in it for a few minutes, checking out the rest of the room…
…Mom?..did you see this spot here??…I think my bag needs a tidy up…could you get on that??…
…and yes, I did try out my NEW Cat Lounge and Scratcher thingy…and I waited until the time was just right to try it out for scratching…RIGHT!…2AM in the morning…Oh Cat! Makes a great sound…nice…purrrrr…
I’ll let you know when I get out of the Hotel Suite…

heh…heh…they gave me access to whole house late afternoon yesterday…I stayed mostly in our bedroom though…heh heh…until about 4 am when I did my “romp through the house” routine for first time…I think they know now that I have reviewed the new place and am willing to stay…oh yeah…used the downstairs Potty Pod too…heh heh
We love brown paper bags but Duncan chews them and spits the bits out so we got a new bag that’s furry with a feather on it….and get this, Savvy…when you jump on it in a special place it tweets like a birdy!!
If you chew the bag then spit the bits out perhaps you will get one too.

ummmm…I actually dont chew…and I like this paper bag..I have another one that is bright yellow and it is really crinkly sounding…but I haven’t used it so much…
Thank you for the mention and link! Those feathers are the best! TW saved a scared cat’s life w/one. They had a flood in the apartment and had to knock a big hole in the wall. The cat ran in the hole and wouldn’t come out of the wall for 4 days. After the Super told TW about it, she gave them a feather and the cat came right out. Nocat can resist them. Enjoy your new suite. It looks very comfy. xoxo

Hi Girl!!! I has a Nip ‘N Nap mat just like yours. Peacock Feathers might be OK as long as they are not attached to the Peacock (those things are huge girlfriend and they lets out awful screams). Looks like you are settling into your new home OK. ~Scylla
squeeeee!!! Scylla!!! I miss you girl furriend!!! We have such problems with internet connections etc. And I am so pleased you like my feather, and NO WAY is that attached to that bird…I don’t go outside, and I know that bird is WAY BIG! I hope I can get around to visiting regularly by end of next week. Sorry I have missed my visits to your bloggy and thanks so much for coming to visit me
The new place is great, Savannah! We love how you have all your toys there. We have a Scratch Lounge and we LOVE it!! (Actually, we’re on our 3rd one because we loved the first two so much!) You’re gonna love yours too!!

the scratch lounge, which I TOTALLY luvluvluv…Mom bought at Pet Food Express in Calif. I know you can find them at many pet supply chains and on line. I can tell you where on line if you can’t find one. The 3 way tunnel Mom found at a close out discount place…never saw another one anywhere…so sorry…it is really special…paw waves, Savannah
