HIYA! SAVANNAH HERE!
Well I got a package…sort of a “Just Because” prezzie from my good furriends Mistletoe and Hitch! Mom said I should tell you about the package first…then let you see me using what is in it…heh…heh…
Sounds good to me Mom…so the UPS person delivered this package and Dad hefted (VBP) it into my office…and unceremoniously(another VBP) dumped placed it on the floor. He looked pointedly (sorry, another VBP) at me and Mom…and said…”well, I guess you know who THIS is for???”
I looked up sweetly…why Dad?…could it be for ME?
Dad finally had to laugh and said “Yes Savvy, this is for YOU”
You can see from the size of the package why Dad was all dramatic about it…
So it’s big!!! So What???
First, I made sure it was addressed to ME, personally…yup…that’s my name
…now to make sure I know who it is from…yup…Mistletoe and Hitch!…
PAWSOME!!!…Now let’s get to the inspection part Mom…go ahead…unzip this baby!!…needs a good chin marking to make sure it’s MINE!
…very interesting…what else is in this box???…
…woo hoo!! Check out that cool Neko Dragonfly wand toy!!!…
…I better get closer to make sure nothing is broken…
…ok, ok…looking good, looking good…
…let’s see if the whole prezzie is Ok…need another perspective (VBP)…
…oh yes, looks good from over here to…I better get out so Mom and Dad can get this baby out for a test drive…
The “TEST DRIVE” will be posted on Wednesday…heh…heh…it was very active…at least for me!
Now one more thing to share, and I know efurryone is getting lots of Holiday Cards and no need to post about efurry single one we get…but I really want to share the card from some of my BFFs (Best Feline Furriends) from across the pond who I have known since they started blogging…My Three Moggies sent me this card and they each drew themselves as part of their pawtograph…and I was totally impressed!!

That’s it for my Monday Meowsie News…I have a small set back today in my “one paw forward recovery plan”…Dad had to scruff me again yesterday so Mom could clip my nails…I was getting caught in the carpet…and this time…I was sort of a bit traumatized…I have gone UTB today…I was more shaken up than before, not sure why. And it’s not Dad’s fault because I won’t allow anyone to pick me up…Mom is sticking around today so she and I can play later.
Lastly, hope you drop around tomorrow for my final 2012 Real Rescue Dogs Are Talking interview with TWO great guests…

WOW! Lucky you! I’ve never ever in my whole life had the UPS man come to my door with a package for me. The post man however has delivered my very first Christmas cards to me. It’s so neat. They’re up on a cabinet thingy in the living room and I have more than the peeps! Yoo-hoo! YOO-HOO!!! Plus, I got a prezzie in the mail the other day and that was really neat, too. I love this Christmas stuff!

Hi Abby!! Hey Boo, Gracie, Jinx and Ping! oh the box is great, but the scratcher inside was even better!
Those Neko flies are fun but not as much fun as our feathers. I have to be in the mood to play with mine. That being said, it was wonderful of Mistletoe and Hitch to send it to you. My peeps won’t dare clip my nails. Yeah, they catch on stuff and the peeps make sure they’re not growing into my pads or anything. They used to have someone come and clip Autumn & Nicky’s claws. The time she came for me, I was still very feral and she left w/o clipping me and told TW not to call her unless she had gotten sedatives from the Vet for me. Needless to say, her services were no longer wanted.
well CK, once Dad snags me, I am pretty docile but I burn paws getting away when he lets me go. And yes, there is nothing better than our Peacock feathers, Mom just today used mine to get me out from UTB. I have been there all day cuz I had a bad reaction this time to the nail trimming, not sure why. Mom had to play and sing me out from under the bed. Then I hung with her and got brushed, then we played a lot and had a couple of snacks. BUT Dad is out at the gym and grocery, so I may go UTB when I see him…poor guy…and I am actually a bit worried with the Neko flies cuz they make a noise where they attach to the wand and I watch that and not the fly…I don’t seem to know what bugs really are…
That bugs me too. I don’t like anything heavy getting flung through the air at me. I also don’t like a long string cos it could wrap around my neck.
I don’t think the long string wands are my issue, I like Da Bird, sort of..?but noisy stuff, like jingles, bug me.

Oh Mistletoe and Hitch, I thought I let you know!! I have been using it for like a week! Mom just saved up the post until now. Sorry… droopy ears…I think Dad is adding the Spirit of Essence to my am and pm meals for about 3 days now. Mom will talk with you Mom about the other stuff you took Mistletoe. I had a very traumatic reaction to being scruffed yesterday by Dad so Mom could trim my nails. I have not gone UTB like I did today. We can meow more about that later, paw pats, Savvy

oh man savannah i gotta get on this blogging wagon before it leaves town…. after the holidaze i think cuz the general here is up to her uhhhh, armpits, with christmas and family doings. while the platoon keeps homeland security at a high level. We were asked to leave Santa alone this year if he lands on the roof.
