Fun Stuff From Furriends…
HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!
I have some really fun stuff several furriends have passed to me…and I have been lax
in getting them thanked AND posted…so first…to all of you…My Thanks…
The REALITY award was passed to me twice in one week, how pawsome is that???
First from my Piggie furriends, Hutch A Good Life, from Basil, Nibbles, Nutty, Buddy and they also passed along 3 other awards I already have: The Liebster Award, Very Inspiring Blogger and the Super Sweet Blogger. I have already passed all three of those forward so will not do so again, but if ANY of you fancy showing one or more of them on your blog, just grab the badges from my side bar!
Then from a new furriend, Peace Love & Whiskers, they passed the REALITY Award to me also. They are new to me, but they are currently posting some really GREAT ANIMAL INTERVIEWS right now during the month of January. I luvluvluv their approach 
and style…I may have to take some tips from them for my Life Changing Interviews With Savannah: Real Rescue Cats and Dogs Are Talking…maybe shake up my technique a bit…what do ya think?? Just wondering…

The eyes and hearts humans see us animals through…instead of “nuisance” and “threat” it would be “unforgettably gorgeous” and “partners”

I would not repeat any year…I would just make the best of each moment that comes my way and cherish it always…I am loved until I die, how much better can it be than that”
3) What is one thing that really scares you?
That I will be abandoned again, hurt, scared, lost, and never know the loving touch of a human
4) What is one dream you have not completed, and do you think you’ll be able to complete it?
I will sit on at least Mom’s lap one day…even if it is the day she helps me OTRB…I will be on her lap and Dad will hold my paw

Stunning Keisha, what can I say about this little ghetto cat who keeps it real…and now had her much coveted Tower of Power (ToP)…high paws CK!!!
Chancy The Gardener, you already know I just luvluvluv Chancy, Mumsy and Popsy, and now we have Baby Boy AND if you notice, in Chancy’s header, there are the kitties…Pooches, Patches and Snookums, pawsome!
Speedy, The Cheeky House Bunny, what else can I say…this is one bunny for the record…he has it all!!
Violette, from The Poupounette, is a beautiful Percheron mare…and I count her as a good furriend…hooves and all
The REAL Maple Syrup Mob, these guys are pawsome, they have put up with their humans hogging the stage for so long, they finally, ON MY MOM’s Birthday, got their OWN BLOG…WOO HOO…APAWS!! peeEss…Heathcliff was one of my Real Rescue Cats Are Talking interviews…pawsome!!
And my newest furriends…Shat Cast Cats, they have been following out teasers all the way…with their investigative strategies…AND they are out first ever BLOG HOPPERS!!! Woo Hoo APAWS!!

Angel from Angels Whisper 2011 passed this lovely Shine On award and it is truly just lovely, so I think for Angel, I will just keep on trying hard to “SHINE”…thank you my new furriend

I know from comments that some are a tad confused as to how to hook up with us for the hop…good news is…you have until next WEDNESDAY to try it out…AND I will post some more brief protocols this weekend. I think, speaking for myself, I join few Blog Hops as they are hard to do from within the Word Press free/paid sites. I am a paid site, but still find it tough and still never can see the WHOLE hop list.
We cannot solve that problem now, it is within Word Press, so you will not for now see all the other sites joining in until next Thursday. But if you CLICK the BLUE FROGGY LINKy then you can see all week long who is joining in and check out some new blogs.
I have to go consult with Texas, the tech guru of our team, and will have more over the weekend.

Congratulations, Savannah! Love the picture, surrounded by flowers, it brightens up my day 🙂 I’m not sure about the VBP, are the words really exist, but never heard of, or do you just knock them off?
oh you use real words, but what we are asking is that bloggers try to use words they would not ordinarily use in writing their posts. For example, because of the personality my Mom has given me, Savannah, I would not probably use the word “ludicrous”…but I WOULD use it instead of saying that is ‘silly’ if I wanted to have a VBP word…does that make sense? A bit about us…hmmm…well, we are two ginger tabbies named Bama and Boise, I (Bama) was named after our staff’s favorite college football team, and Boise was named by our hairless brother/staff’s son. He liked the college team Boise because of that blue football field. Good thing he didn’t like “Princess State” or something huh, that would have been embarrassing!
Our staff fancies himself a bit of a computer geek, and that’s how we ended up here on the interwebs about a year ago! We figured hey, he’s doing the work, he lets us take all the credit, it’s a win-win. =^.^=

no problemo, Mom and I don’t hop much at all either. So this is pretty new for us. And you can do this for sure. I have let efurryone know who wants that I put a paw print, kitty print, on my side bar under my hop badge with green border for the color of my eyes (purrrrs)…anyways, I use that paw print instead of the “(VBP)”…I just like to put it after the word(s) I use that I think are a bit different from my regular “vernacular”…ya know, different from the way I talk most of the time. And the coolest part is our hop is 6 days long!! You can pick any day from Thurs to next Wed mid day…so as to not interfer with other hops or special days like “photo hunt Sat”…let me know if I can help, and we can learn together, paw pats, Savvy

Is your blog a paid WordPress.com blog? ‘Cause I am a self-hosted WordPress blog – I not only have my own domain name, I also have my own hosting account that is NOT on WordPress.com – and I have far fewer troubles with things like blog hops. I do admit, self-hosting is not for every kitty – you do not have to a techie, really, but it does help.
oh can my Mom talk to your Mom??? Mom’s email addy is lcrodgers at sbcglobal dot net I have a paid WP, but don’t self host. I pay $99 for privilege of having my domain say dot com, not dot wordpress dot com. And I can do some customizing of my fonts, but that’s about it for the 100 bucks. I did not know we could self host using WP. maybe you can send Mom and email and they can talk on the people phone. We are in Nor Cal and I think you are in So Cal??

hey guys, I can totally help with the hop cause I am like a ‘hop’ nerd! I am still learning to do this myself!! Texas’ Mom, Miss Carine is our tech brain. I think because you are on Blogspot it will be easy to enter the button and code. You do it at the bottom of your post. You can chose any day starting with Thursday until Wed midnight to do a VBP post. You only need to use 1-3 or so words, spelled however you want. that you DO NOT NORMALLY use when you write your post using your “voices/vernacular”…for you guys, maybe you use a couple of words NOT spelled phonetifcally!!?? then you can either put (VBP) after them OR do what I am doing, grab the paw print from my side bar under my badge with the code, and insert the paw print as media right next to the word or words you want us to know you are considering your VBP words. Hope that helps. If not, tell me and I will do another post about it. Lots of questions, you are not the only ones, but this will really ROCK cuz you don’t have to do it on JUST ONE DAY. So the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop can still be joined, just do the VBP blog hop another day of your chosing, very flexible!! toss a mackerel on the barbie for me, smacks lips

Hello Darling! thank you SO MUCH for agreeing to be my date to Mollie & Alfie’s party. You saved me from getting into a WHOLE LOT of trouble, my sweet girl!
Now, on to other matters. I linked up my blog post to the Blog Hop you posted yesterday just to see if I could do it and it worked! (Even though my post had no VBP element to it this time). I also added the badge to my sidebar. I think I get it now–we use a new vocab word (and label it VBP) on Thursday and then we add our link to the Blog Hop by clicking in the icon on your blog (Or Jet’s or Texas’s). Well, *I* think I am right anyway–I guess I’ll find out if I am not!!!
First, thank you for being my date for the V pawty, Jetty was gonna do it, but his Mom Miss Lori is terrible sick and I would not have a date and I know you will be smashingly elegante!! Now, the hop, mom will email Miss Mary, the Human, and sort that out, as Mom is still learning…we are not skilled at hops and don’t pawticipate often either…MOL

Oh my cat! Is Jacob ok now?…wringing very worried paws…and let me encourage you to take the other awards on that page to, very Inspiring Blogger, Super Sweet and Liebster (that one is for new blogger like you guys) and for sure take the Shine On new as it had no requirements about passing it on. If you don’t, then I will officially give them to you tomorrow!! That will get you off to a great start. Let me have update on Jacob purrlease!
Jacob has a recurring bladder infection (he gets stressed very easily..the vet says he thinks like a person with autism,his world is sometimes confusing). He had two shots at the vets and has to go back in 10-14 days for follow up urinalysis. He wasn’t taking his stress meds because he felt sick, no stress meds meant the bladder infection got worse very quickly. Poor Jacob is feeling better today. He got an ultrasound on his bladder, Mummy Janey saw his bladder was on the screen!
Jacob got breakfast in bed today.

Me too Easy, me too. We have an 8 year old ladycat for like 8 months now at my former shelter. So sweet,loves laps and no oNe wants her, so very sad. At least she is safe and loved with us at shelter
Hope she will find a furrever home soon. I don’t know why people search always for a puppy or a baby kitty – even adult cats or dogs are cute and adorable.
