  1. Savannah, I hope your dad is feeling better by now. I wish I could save all the cats and give them a place at my home.. sigh…

  2. Hope you feel better real soon. Thanks for all you and your Mom did for the Royals.

    • no sweat CK…all in a day’s work in the blog paw and anipal community…you and TW do way more over all your time than what we tried to do this one time we got involved. but we so appreciate your very kind words, means lots to us na’mean??

  3. PS we agree Miss Dorian and Mr Brian ROCK too!

  4. Guys, will you kindly contact me via my bloggy. I don’t want to put email up for real – I would like to do a blog post about the Royals and need you to tell me the up to date stuff I can publish, like :- safe – yes? How much is needed? Bit of background for unfamiliar kitties. I have a LOT of pals on Twitter (@DashKitten and Mum is @Whskr). We want to help. Donation link would be good too. Miss SparkleCat will verify my bona fides that I am an honest cat – who wants to help as much as I can.

If we can help, we will.

    Dash and @Whskr

    • Hey Dash, thanks so much for coming by. We are ok with funds raised thus far but your help may be needed if something unexpected comes up. I have asked our rescue collaborators if I can write a several part story about Operation Save The Royals and all have encouraged me to go forward. I am already collecting more history and have photos and will have photos from their journey and whatnot. I know you are VERY well known on Twitter and hope that when we start to publish the full story you can help me and Mom Linda get furriends to read it. I will be by to visit your bloggy too, thank you for such kind offer. paw pats, Savannah

  5. *waving paws “hi!” back*

thanks fur takin’ our friend request. we allus enjoy readin’ about you an’ yer fambly when referenced by ofur friends, now we can do it first-paw!

an’ a million blessins on you all fur the wunnerful work you haf done an’ are still doin’ on behalf of the QM, the young royals an’ emily. the QM was furry fond of our Sir Edmund, an’ once styled him her most “gentil, parfait” knight inna email, so he was happy to know that her chillens would be well cared fur.

thank you so much for bein’ who you are!!

    • oh hi!! waving paw back!! and blushing ears….shuffling paws…heck, anyone else would have done the same. My Mom is just sort’a pushy about stuff like this so she just jumped in with all she had…and well, that left me unable to visit my furriends for like 2 weeks now…sigh…but that’s ok, cuz this will have a great ending! paw pats, Savannah and Mom Linda

  8. Go purr on your Dad so he gets healthy.

  9. We think you deserve to take it easy with all the good work your family and others are doing. We hope you and your dad are soon feeling better.
Our Beans always use Vick’s First Defence when they fly. It is a nasal spray of natural ingredients which coat the surface of the back of the nose and throat so germs can’t attach. It really does work.

  10. Hurrah for Emily, Brutus & Marigold!!!! Thank CATGOD for 4 legged Lovers who care!!!!
    Sherri-Ellen & Nylablue.

  11. Great job on rehoming the royals, looking forward to hearing the whole story

  12. Did you know our Mommy wore a surgical mask the last time she flew on a plane? She said looking dorky was worth not getting sick. Purrs that your Dad recovers quickly!

  13. Takin’ it easy is a sure way to get better, Savvy. For both you and your Dad! I am so happy to hear the Royals are now or soon to be in their new furever homes. You and your family are very special.

We is feeling a little leaky over here about all the good people who got together to save these sweet kitties. We know they will be safe and loved with their New People. You and your Mom have been wonderful to make this happen!

Hope you and your Dad feel better. And honestly, the Humans will just put ANY picture up without any concern for our privacy or any purrmission from us. I still am shuddering about those cigar pictures last week. Maybe WE need some cameras to take pictures of THEM, eh?

    • I saw that cigar…unbelievable what your human did to you!! Yeah, pics of them first thing in the morning! What we have to look at when they finally give us our much deserved morning meal…sigh…shuddering just thinking of Dad first thing in the morning MOL

  15. Savannah, you and your human both deserve a rest after all the good work you have done to get the Royals to their new homes! I am looking forward to hearing about the rest of their journey!

  16. Gretanews on the Royals Savvy!enjoy your easy,xx Speedy

  17. Hey Savannah–Hope you folks are feeling better. I like your squinty eyes! Thanks for co-hosting VBP!

That’s wonderful, wonderful, WONDERFUL news ’bout the Royals. You and your mom worked so hard on this. CONGRATULATIONS!!! Those three kitties have wonderful futures ’cause of everyone who helped them out like they did.

PS. Hope you and your dad feel much better, really soon. more purrs

  19. We are purring for all the Royals to make it safely to their new awesome homes. We will never let our furriends down.

  20. Glad to know everyone found a home! Bravo to all who helped!

  21. We hope your Dad is feeling better soon!!

It’s great that the community was able to come together the way they did for the Royal kitties. The animal-loving community on the internet is really amazing and heartwarming. Thanks to your Mom for helping this come together and keep them safe!

  23. Maybe your folks won’t go away without you anymore if it only ends up in them catching germy stuff? You and everyone have done such a good job on the rescue of The Royals…it’s inspiring to read about all you’ve done…Take it easy today

  24. Hoping your Dad feels better soon. It is wonderful that so many came together to help the kitties. You do know Dorian Wagner of Your Daily Cute right? She is another angel (like all of you involved with this rescue) that help to transport kitties and find them homes. She has been doing this for quite some time and quite regularly. She has orchestrated transports that were awe inspiring!! Another person who never gets the credit HE deserves is Brian Frum. Brian works tirelessly to find homes for kitties regularly as well. Brian is unassuming and so quiet about all that he does which makes him that much more special. He just gives and gives to furbabies with his heart without expecting anything in return as so many that help the animals do! It is wonderful how many pull together to help. ANIMAL lovers are the most caring people in the world!

    • Thanks Miss Caren and Cody for letting others know about all the hard work Brian and Dad Terry do to save lots of kitties. We do know about him and visit his rescue blog. And you must not know, Miss Dorian is running a transport from FL thru NJ and that is the transport Marigold and Brutus are hitch hiking with to CT where they will be picked up and transported to MA for their new Mom. I did not mention all the people helping as this story will be told in its entirety as a rescue blog post. Thanks for coming to visit. Paw pats, Savannah

  25. We love Easy Sundays around here! I’m having one myself…….hope your Dad’s better soon……..
