This is my unhappy look
First of all…this story has a VERY happy ending. My purrs are cranked to high along with The Kid Sage because Mom L told us about the incredible rescue of these precious kittens when they were just about 2 weeks old…
Dumped Alive in Dumpster
They are about 4 weeks old in this photo…my former Vet Doc Josie, retired but not out of being a cat specialist…she fostered them for a week and Mom L went up to meet and hold them.
They, along with two other siblings, were discarded alive in a large garbage (rubbish) dumpster. A volunteer from Community Concern for Cats (CC4C) heard them and found them…they were covered in food and garbage. Likely they had not been there too long…hours, not days, as they were not too badly dehydrated. Unfortunately, two of them died.
These two, however, are now doing well. The black kitten had to have sub-q fluids which Doc Josie administered…and he was touch and go over about 15 hours. Doc Josie was feeding him every 3 or so hours. She thinks he is doing great now! They are both eating kitten wet cat food like champs.
This is a slideshow of the two surviving kittens…they appear a bit dirty..but they are receiving constant sponge baths..besides being messy eaters…they were, after all, tossed out as trash in a garbage dumpster.

Oh My DOG – the little kittens are gorgeous. Being tossed in a dumpster makes me so angry but thank goodness for the 2 surviving kittens they will have a good and safe life.

Kittens thrown in a dumpster? How absolutely cold, heartless & revolting. The poor Momma cat will be having fits wondering where her kits are…it is extremely sad that 2 did not make it. I am hoping & praying the other 2 do make it & ind fabulous homes…..they did not deserve this kind of start to life.
I could REALLY hurt these so called ‘humans’ who abuse & throw away animals…

How can some people be so evil! I am glad those 2 kitties made it and are doing well.
The poor little things! I’m glad two of them are doing well.
Oh, those sweet babies. A million hisses to the one who threw them away! And a million kisses to these two. Purrs….
We’re so glad these two were saved and we purr that they continue to do well.
We’re sorry the whole litter didn’t make it, but we’re purring for a happy ending for these two!

We can’t even think of a good word to describe the person(s) who might have done this. But we are so glad that all the effort was made to take such care and so glad that these two babies are doing so well.
What a horrible thing for some heartless person to do. We are so happy those little cuties were found and rescued. Sad that two didn’t make it but we can see these two are doing quite well. Blessings to all who had or has a hand in their care and welfare. Hugs and nose kisses
They are real cute kitties. We hiss at anyone who would do that to kittens. Glad they were saved Savannah!
We are sure happy for the two that made it. I hope karma finds that evil human and….well, you get the idea.

I’m so glad the two kitties survived. It’s so mean to throw them away like trash. Some people have no heart. But I’m glad your mom has a big heart and your Doc Josie and the people from CC4C. Please give them a hug for saving two lifes .

Awww… I just LOVE a happy ending. Those two babies are such cuties. Glad to hear they’re doin’ well especially since they had such a rough start in life.

PS. I had to have fluids like that, yesterday, on account of my tummy bug but an hour or so afterwards, I was feelin’ WAY better. purrs
there is a “special” place for people who throw out animals. but love the save and that the right people found these babies.
We’re so so happy the babies were rescued and these 2 survived the ordeal. This reminds Mommy of Tutu because she was dumped in the trash within hours of being born. Thankfully her rescuer heard her and saved her, minutes before the garbage compactor truck arrived to pick up the trash. Why do people have to do such awful thins?
wow! How sad is that? I will never understand why people think they can just throw animals away in a dumpster. 😦 It makes me incredibly angry!

We’ll never understand how someone can be so cruel to any living thing. Of course, our HuMom doesn’t keep plants because she seems to be missing a green thumb and feels so bad when they end up brown and crunchy. The Grandest Mother grows nip but that’s another story. Looking at these 2 precious babies has our HuMom reminding us how fragile and fierce all life truly is. We are proud to know the felines and folks of Savannah’s Paw Tracks who are all so fierce in their fight to do what’s right and good for those helpless ones.
How can such tough little kitties be so sweet and cuddly!? They are the perfect combination.

Poor little rascals…..I hate the fact that humans can toss little helpless animals in the garbage and not give it a second thought. I’m glad they got help from the volunteer who heard them crying. Bless their tiny little hearts and I hope they find a wonderful and caring forever home – never to know cruelty and abandonment again. We really do deserve to live – all of us!

Glad these two were rescued, sad about the other two, though … Wish the former “owner” who threw them away could be found and held responsible – and his cat (Mommy to these kittens) would be neutered so it would not happen again. Little kittens – desperately in need of a mommie’s care and love and education. There is only so much caring good natured humans can do …

Bless them both…anger turned to max at yet another example of why I am ashamed to be human…I am sure they will thrive with love and proper human care…we had a man here find a sweet little kitten hat had been dumped at his factory..this kitten has consumed plastic as it was so hungry..i will find the story as our vet Dr Rayya cared for the sweet one..the man adopted the kitty and it is doing just fine! I was so upset when I read the story I made a little bed for the sweet ne and took to it our vet to pass on…so funny as kitty ignored it and the mans pet pup took ownership 🙂 not all good endings but some…one paw at a time 🙂 hugs and loves Fozziemum xx
