OH MY CAT!!!!! JUST WHEN I WAS ALMOST OVER THE EXCITEMENT OF RECEIVING THE SUNSHINE AWARD…I GOT ANOTHER ONE!!!
My new furriend Texas, A Cat in New York, just gave the Liebster Award to me…I am truly humbled…(waving paw in front of face, twitching tail repeatedly)…whew!
The protocol for getting this award is as follows:

I tried to tell if each of these bloggers had less than 200 followers, but it was not easy to find on some sites. But I love all of these and so hope they can accept…
Now, just a tad more of Monday Meowsie News…but I don’t have a photo to go with it…I was too fast for Mom!!! MOL
So most of you know, I am still in my recovery process…learning how to play again, how to trust and stuff. Well, one of the things I kind’a unlearned during my time in limbo, then in the shelters…is I unlearned how to leap and jump sort’a. I only get 2 feet off the ground at one time…anything more is pretty scary right now.
Welllll…last night…Mom was playing with me…she and Dad bought me lots of toys lately…anyways…she tossed a little pink shiny nip toy to me…and it rolled, I chased it and THEN….wait for it ……wait for it…..
YES! PAW PUMPS!!! I JUMPED…ALL 4 PAWS OFF THE FLOOR…and landed on top of it, hatched it for a while (like seconds)…then hooked my right set of claws in it and slung it down the hall….and chased it like a crazy cat!! WOO HOO! WHAT A RUSH
I looked at Mom…her mouth was open…her eyes looked kind’a wild like…and then she said something like, ummm…maybe…wellll….I think it sounded like “holly sheep”…or something like that.
So ‘cuz I didn’t give her time to take a photo…here are a couple of me playin’ and stuff…just to tide you over until I share my adventure in my Harry Potter Closet with you….
first…here is my first USED TISSUE PAPER TOY…in honor of my BFF Sammy, at One Spoiled Cat…he whispered to me once “Savannah, try Tissue Paper Toy”…so I did…here is what it looked like when I was done…

Well, it has been a pretty big Monday Meowsie News at least for me…so I am gonna go find a quiet nap spot…

Congratulations!! I took Sammy’s tip about tissue paper to the kitties at the shelter, and they went crazy over it. Rascal and Angel pretty much shredded it to bits (on the hunt) in a minutes, so I’ll be bringing in more soon. Anyway, it’s so great to see you having so much fun playing!
ohhh thank you so much…and isn’t it great to share good old common play things with each other…Mom and Dad are taking some stuff to Kitty Corner tomorrow AM when they go to clean and feed and stuff…that is where Dad found me…
oh, oh, oh miss Savannah. You are so kind! Thank you so much. It’s not easy being so little and the new kid and stuff.

Concatulations on the awards Savannah! You’re really rakin’ ’em in lately huh? Just means lots of people are enjoying your adventures as you travel through your recovery and land with all four paws in your forever home!! I love the fact that you’re enjoying your tissue paper. Mom has to give me fresh sheets once a week – by the end of a week the old stuff is pretty well worn out and shredded – FRESH sheets are FABULOUS!

Mom said she will buy me some tissue so I can have it more often…she just tried me out on some tissue that was in a shoe box for new shoes Dad got…now I get my very own…and all thanks to you bud!

I just found out about tissue paper and TP Rolls…and paper bags…no telling what else I might find if I get brave enough to really explore my furever home…MOL
