Hiya! Savannah Here!
Oh My Cat! What a week I have had!
We moved last Monday to our new home…so I have been in my new home for a WHOLE WEEK now!!
I still spend time UTB when Mom and Dad are moving around lots still putting stuff away…I get uncomfortable (VBP) with all the commotion and comings and goings…but I spend lots of time out and about the place at night…heh…heh!
AND…I have discovered I can still do my 2AM romping routine because we have STAIRS! YEA!!
I just got out of my new hotel suite Saturday late afternoon, so my news is all about what I got up to while in the new suite…and I was catgone brave if I do say so myself…
..here I am just lounging at the entrance to my new hotel suite…I shared all week with Mom and Dad…the doors behind me lead somewhere…??????
…so comfy mid-week…I gave Dad and Mom the universal (VBP) CAT PAW of APPROVAL…no self respecting cat will assume this position in public unless feeling trust…
…what?…is there someone back there???…
…oh!…it was just you…the ‘other’ cat…look a lot like me, huh?…why don’t you meow with me???
…WHAT?…NO WAY!!!…I did not know that about this place…should I tell Mom??…
…SWEET!…a high spot…hmmm…wonder if Dad or Mom was gonna put stuff on this shelf?…probably not now…it’s MINE MINE MINE!
…ahhhhh…hmmmmm…is there another level to this Cat Condo…????
…OH!…this floor is much smaller…wonder if there is a better view??…
…probably not…I just need something soft on this floor…then I can have a nap…I am totally gonna luvluvluv this Cat Condo!….
…now I am really liking this Cat Walk…all the way across this window…NICE!…
…What Mom??…oh, it’s time for bed…OK…just one last thing to do before turning in…

Wow, what an adventure exploring the many new things in a hotel suite. Looks nice and comfy.
oh they have made a pawsome pad for me…I am just still very nervous and stay UTB lots…but when I come out…we have a good time
What a swell hotel suite you have there Savvy…..and the cat condo? Purrfect! Seems to me you should claim the entire thing for yourself AND get some comfy blankets installed on each level so you have multiple nap spots! Sounds like you’re making the adjustment to the new home JUST FINE!!

Hi Sammy!! Mom is laying carpet today, but she can’t adjust my floors until Dad gets back. We are almost totally out of the old house…will be done this Friday…and the bank will own it come next week…sigh..hard to do….lots of leaky eyes…but we will all make it through together
I know what you mean Savvy…..it’s nice to have a FAMILY where everybody shares together….life sometimes sends us surprises but as long as we have each other we can handle anything – right?? 😀

and that is just what it would be…junk! So I have claimed two floors for my Cat Condo and Mom will be laying the carpeting and adjusting the floors for me as soon as she can figure out how to adjust those floors!

Did you make friends with mirror cat? Leo has come to a truce with the mirror cat that lives here… he’s not crazy about him, but he doesnt freak out any more!

YES! I just stay upstairs mostly, except at night and when Mom and Dad are gone on errands…I sneak down and grab a snack in the kitchen…Dad is leaving a bit of my fave kibble out down there to entice(VBP) me to come down…purrrrrr…gotta luvluvluv that man!
You were smart to call dibs on the shelves, I mean condo, now that’s all yours.
2am runs sound familiar to me, we use to have a cat back home, he would love to run around the house and to my mom’s horror he would love to go up the curtains.

Oh Cat! no problem with curtains at our old house, it had wood shutters, we do have a curtain in our new bedroom, but I am not interested…whew!
