So here I am …just kicked back last night…watching a bit of TV when I am not “resting” my eyes (wink, wink)…

…and what do I see Dad bring in from the garage???…
I know what one that big one means
They are gonna be gone a long time…probably about 5 years…AND…they are gonna be outta the country…whatever the flipping heck that means…MOUSES!!!

peeEss: Message from Mom…Savvy and I have labored long and hard to try to schedule 9 posts so she doesn’t miss letting her furriends know she is around. But, please don’t blame her because I am not home to help her visit you all who are so kind to always drop by and read and leave a comment when you can. I will try to do some visits for her from my iPad, but it is an unknown. Please, everyone, look out for Savannah whilst we are away…she is our heart kitty for sure. Scritches from Mom for All

Wow Savannah your parents are leaving you alone that calls for a house trashing party for sure. And since they are away you can teleport over here and play in the garden with us. We will have so much fun.

We never understood why the humans would ever want to leave us. No place in the world could be worth leaving us. Don’t worry, Savannah…maybe we should plan a house trashin’ party. That could be a lot of fun!!

Ugh, that is so annoying when that happens! I don’t think my human has ever left for less than 6 months or so – and that is WITOUT leaving the country. At least I like the pet sitter! Maybe we should have a house trashing at your place!

This is a pretty Big Offense, Savannah. Did you give them purrmission to leave like this? No? Well, I thought not, but they are leaving you anyway, right? Never fear, this will give you reason to guilt them into doing WHATEVER YOU WANT for the next six months or so. They better leave you lots of food and toys and treats.
oh Spitty…I had a really great play session with Mom just now…I ran, and ran and jumped over my tunnels like an obstacle course…it was great. She plays so good with me. Ummmm…Spitty….what do you think about having another cat in your house???…I ask ‘cuz I hear them talking about “someone for Savannah” ….scary

oh no…I would be terrified. Dad and Mom have NEVER left any of their fur family in “daycare, pet spas, kennels etc”…we always get live in staff when they are gone so our routines are kept. Nice, huh Doggy

well Cody, Dad and Mom always make sure I am OK…but I do get lonely even with Auntie Shannon staying with me…she is gone all day (well, she does stop by to give me treats mid-day if she can)
We hope your parents have a good trip, but more important, we hope they bring you back lots of presents. This is a good excuse for a house trashing. We will be over!

Wow Savvy…….I know you’ll try to be a very brave girl while your parents are gone and I know you’ll have company with you but I also know you’ll miss them a big bunch. Just remind yourself that they ARE going to come home and they PROBABLY will bring you presents and treats!

well, I don’t think I would like chili peppers or tacos or mawgaweetoes…so not much they can bring me…not even a sea shell…the beach there doesn’t have any. Mom got me a chair in our office Sammy…but I won’t get on it, only under it to hide…Mom is almost in tears cuz I have been staying under the bench up stairs or under her little dresser…I don’t come out like I did at first…we cats do change a lot don’t we…sigh
