HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!
Well I can tell you kitties that TKS and I have had a pretty rough start to our week. First thing on Monday morning, the Mom and Dad are up at some uncatly hour, runnin’ around gettin’ Mom L all showered and whatnot. Dad P was collecting i-this and i-that and all her chargers.
Why do you suppose humans need to get charged so often? Seems like a lot of energy is goin’ in but I wonder about what the output really is. Some cat really outta do a study on that. Let me jot down a note for Seville and Silver and get them right on that research.
Now, back to the hurried Monday morning activities in discussion.
Mom L and Dad P both gave us hurried good byes and pets and Mom L left her last remaining i-thingy playing music for us. And there we were left, counting our claws until someone returned home. In a bit of time, Dad P returned, but no Mom L.
What the—???!!! Now wait just a chik-hen pickin’ minute! How am I supposed to sleep tonight? When is she comin’ home. Where did she go??
I put this question to Dad P many times during that day and it was my last query to him before I went upstairs to learn if Mom L had come back in through an upstairs window.

Now that is a pretty rotten photo but Dad P did what he could taking a photo with his iPhone, with a table lamp on right next to him, at night. That’s as good as it gets kitties.
As you can tell, I was deeply disappointed in Dad P for not making Mom reappear. And TKS was just stunned when she went up to get her bed snuggles with Mom.

So we went through this the next day as well. No Mom. We were not happy cats, no sireee. But on Wednesday there she was!! She walked right through that back door!! The week was saved after all. But as for Mom L, well TKS and I have grounded her for like life, na’ mean?? She won’t be allowed out without security detail that guarantees she is home by our bedtime.
PAW PATS, SAVANNAH
