What Makes A Cat Go Crazypaws?

HELLO EVERYONE! IT’S ME, THE KID SAGE!

Princess Savvy was kind enough to allow me to have this blog post. She is workin’ on something really important and I told her I didn’t have anything to do…so here I am!!

I had this amazing experience this past week. I don’t know what came over me, but all of a sudden I was one crazypaws cat!

I'm feeling a little strange

I’m feeling a little strange

It was hard to understand what was happening to me.

What is coming over me?

What is coming over me?

Can you imagine how I felt. Starting to feel out of control of myself? What the heck was happening to me?

I can't take this much longer

I can’t take this much longer

That’s when it happened.

KILL FUZZYBUTT SCHMOUSIE!!!

KILL FUZZYBUTT SCHMOUSIE!!!

After attacking Fuzzy Butt Schmousie, I took a moment to catch my breath.

This smells familiar

I wonder if…no, no…it couldn’t possibly be.I always use restraint whenever I indulge. I bet all of you use restraint as well when you indulge. Ceiling Cat knows, NONE of us ever, never, ever over indulge…right?

Was it The Nip?

Was it The Nip?

But I have to wonder…was it The Nip that transformed me for a moment into a Crazypaws cat???  Without any evidence, I may never know the truth.

Savvy here…please note the Nip still stuck to Crazypaws Sage’s nose and face in most of her photos…just an observation…

Maybe my turning into a Crazypaws Cat is why Queen Nellie bestowed upon me this incredible title and gave me acceptance into a very private, elite club…what do you think?

Seconds in a Cat’s Life: Attraction, Action and Distraction

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Some days it’s just enough to be able to hang out by an open sliding door, getting outdoor whiffies, pondering life and giving Mom L some play time with me. Keeps her satisfied even though I clearly had other things on my mind.

What's up there?

Oh, feather time...I'll give it a swat for you Mom L

Wait! Something moved in the corner of my eye...

Wait! Something moved in the corner of my eye…

Things change in a flash my pals. Don’t let a moment go by that you do not let all your furriends know how much you appreciate them and always be sure to give your humans the attention they need. You have plenty of time to get back to watchin’ what’s goin’ on in your garden.

Having said that; let me tell each and every one of you who come by to read my blog whether you have time to comment or not…I appreciate you a whole bunch.

PAW PATS, SAVANNAH

peeEss…thanks a ton and a half to all of you who helped me, Silver (Dash Kitten) and Nerissa (Nerissa’s Life) promote the breakout smash hit cat rescue book Rescued: The Stories of 12 Cats, Through Their Eyes. Our AdventurCat pal Nerissa is one of the 12 authors who are all Real Rescue Cats Talking. As you know, throughout the month of April, a portion of all sales of the book will go to the wonderful Anjellicle Cats Rescue of New York, helpin’ them to help save cats’ lives. That rescue is one that is near and dear to Nissy’s heart, even though he lives in Nova Scotia and they do their work in New York City.

Ready? Set! ACTION!

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

I want to share the results of some of the coaching I have been giving The Kid Sage. This is all about teaching her some of the Hunter Action Moves I learned from reading about and watching my personal coach, Mama Cat OTRB (The Blog of Otis) If you missed her training sessions before she left for The Bridge last year, you can click on the link above and review her many quality training posts.

Moving on, so I am actually demonstrating one of my very own special Hunter Action Moves in this next photo. The Kid Sage has yet to master this move as she cannot keep her butt still long enough. I call it “Straight Leg Butt Down Scout” position.

Mama Cat had a marvelous signature hunting move she called her Flying Squirrel move. I decided to modify that to better suit my personality and I created the floor version of her Flying Squirrel.

The other move I think is most important for The Kid Sage to learn is the Half Twist Snatch and Grab move. Again, I choose to perform the ‘floor’ version.

I will let you be the judge as to whether or not my little ‘grasshopper’ sister The Kid Sage has learned any Hunter Action Moves from me.
