Thursday Is For Thankfulness…
Hiya! Savannah Here!
Mouses, can you believe another Thursday is here already???
I have decided to join the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop today…
This Blog Hop is hosted by Pepsi Smart Dog.
I have already posted something today, but it was a REBLOG from my Mal Pal Rumpy’s feline sibling, June Buggie…and he had something to say today that I thought was really impawtant. So in case you missed my earlier post, click here, and go see what June Buggie had to say.
Now, let me share some of my thoughts about what I have to be ever so thankful for…
First, Mom and Dad are home, with ME, and we have our tree decorated…I made sure it was safe for the ornaments by testing underneath…Can you see me????
…how ’bout now?…see me now??…
…now you can see me, huh?…
…I declare this tree inspection is complete…ready for ornaments!
So I am really thankful I have this furrever home for this Christmas. Last year, I was just a “foster cat” during all of December. But this year…this home is MINE, MINE, MINE!!!
I am also very thankful that Dad and Mom still volunteer at my former shelter home Kitty Corner. I don’t even mind when on Thursdays they come back from cleaning KC and smell like the other cats. I know they are just making those kitties feel as special as they can, just like they did for me before they took me to foster.
Something else to be thankful for is that my very good furriends, My Three Moggies, SAVED their blog!! AND, their Mum had an operation and she is home, doing very well, now being tenderly cared for by the 3 Moggies…of course, Archie (isn’t he cute!)…is keeping her the warmest ‘cuz he has lots…ummmm..ahhh…oh dear…how shall I say this???…koff, koff…well, there is a bit more of him than the two young boys so he can keep Mum even warmer…whew….hope I missed offending him…
My other thankful thought is that my Champion Jetty’s feline sibling, Puffy, is no longer in any pain. And I am thankful for Puffy that his furrever home was with Miss Lori, his Mom, who kept her promise to Puffy and his brother Fluffy (he crossed to the Bridge earlier this year) that they would live like Princes, never go hungry again and always be warm and safe and that she would be right there with them at the end…and she was for both of them. Run free Puffy and play with Fluffy…
Hope you spend a couple of minutes thinking about your thankful thoughts today…
Paw pats, Savannah
