Friday Frolics and An Introduction

HIYA! SAVANNAH HERE!

This is a Fast Friday post because Dad surprised Mom with tickets to go to the first showing of THE HOBBIT!  Mom is like a huge JRR Tolkien fan!  So she doesn’t have  much time today.

So I gave Mom permission to do something simple for me…but…I made sure she included an introduction of a very good furriend of mine…DINAH!

Now, some of you may have noticed every once in a while one of my commenters names shows up as DINAH…and there is no blog attached to her name.

Well, just like Mistletoe and Hitch, DINAH does not blog, Tweet or FB…but she has been a furry good furriend to me for a few months now.  DINAH sent me a really warm Happy New Home card, and I have received some other cards from her too.

The top card is her Christmas card to me and the bottom card arrived with the photo of her…she is just the sweetest 12 year old ladycat.

Her huMom volunteers with Dad on something called a Seeveel Gurrand Jerai…something like that. Anywho. I asked Dad to ask DINAH’s huMom to ask DINAH to send me a photo of her…

AND I HAVE ONE TO SHARE WITH YOU…

Isn’t she just drop over gorgeous??!! (VBP)  So if you see DINAH leaving me a comment, give a shout out HELLO if you feel like it…might surprise her!! heh…heh

Now just a couple of rolly polly flippity flop photos of me doing the flirty girl act with Mom…I just love when she sings to me….sigh…

…here’s another one…I was sort’a trying to give  myself a little bath AND roll around and flirt…

…and then check this one out…you can see Mom’s shadow while she is taking photos of ME!

Thankful Thursday For Furriends

HIYA! SAVANNAH HERE!

This is my Holiday E-Card for ALL OF YOU…My Furriends

My pawsome e-card was made for me by Miss Ann from Zoolatry.  I personally think it is very pretty and Miss Ann is such a good friend to all of us paw bloggers.

So I am thankful for Miss Ann and her kindness and thoughtfulness in gifting this e-card to me.

I am also very thankful that I have so many furriends now…when I started my blog in March 2012, I didn’t know anyone…and now I have so many furriends I need to borrow paws to be able to count you all.  Thank you for coming to visit me and for leaving a comment when you have time.

Especially, thank you for reading my Real Rescue Cats and Dogs Are Talking: Life Changing Interviews with Savannah.  I hope you have all learned as much as Mom and I have from all of my guests.  What brave cats and dogs.  And Next week is my last Real Rescue Dogs Are Talking interview, you won’t want to miss this one…it’s a TWO’FER!!

Another thing I am very thankful for is that I will celebrate my FIRST GOT’CHA DAY January 3, 2013!! Almost a whole year in my furrever home.

I hope you like my card…

Christmas Ecard from Savannah

I just luvluvluv you all lots…whoever thought an adult rescue shelter cat who had been left in the shelter for over a year because no one wanted her…would have so many furriends and friends in less that one year.  My Mom and I appreciate each and efurryone of you and even all those we haven’t even met yet.

Making Biskits For Efurryone!

HIYA! SAVANNAH HERE!!

You might want to be sitting down if you watch this video…I am making some serious batches of biskits here…Mom said it is mesmerizing (VBP) to watch me…

All us cats get into our biskit making trance…soothing to say the least.  I think I made enough dough for about 5 dozen biskits that night…

Hope you enjoyed watching…have another pawsome Wordless Wednesday Day.

I want to say good bye to a furriend, Rusty…who passed too soon and too fast…I did not know this, but the Husker-boos head to North Over the Rainbow Bridge…so I know my furriend Rusty will find all his former husker-boo family waiting for him as well as Mom and Dad’s before me Sibes…Mischa, Crusty and Rose.

Rusty

Rusty, you enjoy running your zoomies without pain or discomfort…be free furriend…if you did not know him, purrlease stop by The Thundering Herd this week as they are doing daily posts about Rusty’s carefree life to honor him.
