First I want to say THANK YOU to all of you who understand that ending our VBP Blog Hop was a bittersweet moment…and for understanding the time consumption such a project can bring…you are the bestest!!
And just to show that I continue to grow, and invent and try new things…my latest GAME!!
This is a rendition
of a game I used to play with Mom and Dad at our old house…with my scratching post in our bedroom…
But, Mom just found a really cool way to create the same intrigue but in a new place…how cool is that??!!

Savvy I just read your comment about your momz walk with the two pups…You mentioned something that I didn’t… Choosing the time of day…this time of year we start our hikes early…just at sunrise…we’re doing a 3 mile hike tomorrow and meeting at the trailhead at 6:30 am to take advantage of the cool part of the day…Summertime we are off the trails by 10 AM or so…too hot for dogs, too hot for Momz…As Noel Coward said, only “Mad Dogs & Englishmen Go Out in the Midday Sun”
oh yes, time of day is crucial especially for woofies like my Mom’s Sibes; she always walked them before 9AM and in Summer at 6AM. The male was black and white and he got so hot when they used to do outdoor dog shows and he didn’t show until afternoon…pawful
That looks like big fun.. So who is the lucky cat fur next thurs? Hmmmm. We’ll be back!

the secret is to use the stick part, you know, the ‘wand’ itself…and run it right at the base of the step…under the carpet loops if possible…just drives me wild!

We think it’s purrfectly fine to ease off a bit on the blogging. When I started in 2008 I blogged almost everyday, but mom couldn’t keep up with me so now we post about 4 times per week and mom is way less cranky!
