Due to technical difficulty

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

This means our laptop and monitor stopped meowing to each other almost two weeks ago. Mom L has a ton of eyesight challenges  trying to create anything presentable just using her laptop screen. Everything is too itty bitty. A new monitor is on its way but not sure when it’s gonna show up at my front door.

I have so much to tell you all that I can hardly think where to begin. We have had such an active last six weeks what with our current foster house guest, biped house guests, Mom L’s injury, and so much rescue work going on, well…let me just say…I plenty of blog post topics to last me for a while!! MOL!

Thank you for understanding why I have not been posting regularly. In fact, I am pretty sure I have convinced Mom L to take some time off to get her head wrapped back around my blog. I’ll let you know this week when and for how long we will be taking a planned break.

I have a photo of me I thought you might enjoy cuz it shows off my green eyes. Hope that will help make up for being absent without telling you why.

The Kid Sage just couldn’t believe her fan club would wanna go missing out on getting a little sight of her recently enjoying a sun puddle we kind’a tussle over.

And I thought you would like a look at our rescue kitten house guest. Katie aka Miss Katie, is about 7 months old. She has already had a litter of kittens but looks like none survived. She is a rescue from an apartment hoarding situation Mom L and Dad P stumbled on about six weeks ago. She arrived horribly malnourished and terrified of every noise and human. But, Katie is not feral, just so scared. She never got to be a real kitten so we are workin’ hard to remind her of what that looks like. She is playing but still very scared and mostly doesn’t walk up right, just kind’a low to the ground.

More about her and her part in the apartment hoarding rescue we have been smothered with for some time.

Hope you enjoy the photos. I’ll get back to you as soon as we get our monitor!!

How do you manage?

HIYA!!  SAVANNAH HERE!!!

So tell me my pals—how do you manage handling having your humans gone? And then back and gone again mmediately??

Mom L and Dad P had their little two day get away to our California Northern Sierra mountains. Fine, I’ll give’em those two nights away. An of course we has our new pet sitter Miss Kandi to keep us company and care for us. But seriously, wouldn’t ya think they could both be home the day they get back??

Nope! Dad P had to skip out that very first night home for a meeting, shmeeting!! Even if he was working on trying to get some city officials to help out with our community cat population challenges, nonetheless, he could have made all those folks reschedule, don’t ya think?

Luckily for me and TKS that Mom L was willing to pull double duty. I took up my standard position on her left on the couch.

And then TKS took up the right side of Mom L for her position for the night.  Of course she had to have one of the new cushy feather couch throw pillows for her “throne”.

And she sucked up tight next to Mom L…sheesh!!

And there was Mom L stuck in the middle so to speak!

Of course she had her good friend Mr. Butter to keep her company…he appears to be a very chillax’in California Chardonnay!!

Please, please tell me in comments what TKS and I can do to better manage the humans’ time with us when they come back from some silly stoopid getaway!

Meaningful, joyful…Friday Memes

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

It’s been a scramble around here to get my post ready for my readers…those who are still hangin’ in with me…and I appreciate each and every one of you!!  I know I have been one absent kitty from my blog. But hey?! When we cats are workin’ hard to give do paws on paws rescue work, well, it gets crazy pants busy…na’mean?

So for my first meme, I asked one of the female, not spayed kitties who had a litter at about seven months old to do my first meme.

What a cutie! She is now safe back at the property where we trapped her and where she is being fed very well!

Now let me bring on my UK lady pal none other than Miss Erin, the Cat Princess.

Aiiieeee!! Erin??!! What the heck does that “chop lickin'” mean???

And I made this last meme just for me and Mom L. And I want all my readers to know how deep our connection is.

Thanks for coming around to visit. Please if you have a moment, let me know in memes if you still want me to keep them comin’.
