Frivolous Friday Stuff

Hiya! Savannah Here! So I thought I would give ya a peek at me being just sort’a frivolous…(vocab builder…yes I am following my big guy Jet in using bigger words)

Ya know Mom just luvluvluvs catching me in weird places and positions with her box thingy that goes FLASH and CLICK…leaves me practically blinded…but hey, it makes her happy.

So I was just tryin’ to check out this box that landed on my front porch…Dad brought it in…Mom unloaded it…and I thought I would make sure it was empty for her…

Then WHAM!!…the ole’ FLASH AND CLICK…

…Mom wasn’t satisfied with that first shot…so she sneeks around (like I’m not gonna see her…oh yeah, right!)…and hits me again, closer and right between the eyes…FLASH and CLICK…

…I decided enough is enough…harummpppphhhh…I turned my back on her…and of course she goes all…”ohhhh isn’t she cute”…and WHAM again…more FLASH and CLICK…

…so then she decides to take a photo of one of my fave toys…my Three Way Tunnel…only now she has my pink tunnel stuck into it too…like it isn’t big enough!

…she took the photo ‘cuz she was hopin’ to catch me hangin’ out in it…and then efurryone could see how it looks WITHOUT my butt sticking out and WITH my butt sticking….that woman…what am I gonna do with her….

…finally…Mom hits the FLASH and CLICK again…just as I am really gettin’ into my pilates workout using the scratch post as my leverage point for doing some ab strengthening moves (noooooo…I am NOT pole dancin’! seriously, I know some of you guys were gonna think that…)…workin’ the abs…especially the lower ones…lift, and lift, and lift for one, two and three…WHAM…FLASH and CLICK…and guess what she gets…

Yup…me with my “pink starfish” right there for the world to see!!! Sheesh…MOM!! STOP IT ALREADY!(oh cat!…thank goodness I keep my hygiene up).. Just ‘cuz the guys over at Katnip Lounge gave us the label for it, ya don’t have to show mine…OK??

Oh Cat!!! Another New Fitness Experience!!

Mom and Dad come home one day…and they put this unreal what’cha ‘ma ‘giggy on the floor…they say “Savannah! Isn’t this Great!!!???”…(what, ME??!! I am, in case no one else noticed…one scared, timid adult rescue cat!!) Seriously?? Ya want me to notice that weird thingy and BE INTERESTED???….OMC!…Peeps!!

…harrummmpppfffhh…wellll…maybe just a peek….

…ummmhmmm…seriously…not much…wellll…lemme take another quick peek…

…hmmm…the blue end seems more interesting…

…oh yeah…now this is what I am talkin’ about….

…whoa…check out this RED…Salem and others at Katnip Lounge know all about REYED stuff…wonder if this is the same thing…only bigger? and it doesn’t seem to move lots…hmmm…

..once again…needs further investigation…taking on my FBI role, (Koz and Nellie would be proud)…

…oh, oh, oh…OMC!! Oh Cod!! I missed this first time around…check this out…a hole in the middle…and it is GREEN…hmmmm…wonder what this means…more pondering…

…I must investigate into the middle of the tunnels…only a well trained FBI Agent can do this…carefully, one paw at a time…slowly, slowly…(I hope Satchmo is reading and watching veryyyy closely…)…

…phewww…I am pooped!!…this is totally hard work…

…what??!!…is there a noise??…something is moving under me!! Oh Cod?? What is it???..

…I rush outside after a short rest…and take the ~~plunge~~ risk of jumping into the heart of the 3 Tunnels…ooohhhhh….SHRIMP!!!…(I think that is what Dad and Mom say when they are surprised!!! not sure why…I have never seen a shrimp around when they yell it out…hmmmm…maybe they are saying some other word??….oh well….)

…my butt is stuck!!!…what to do, what to do…cram my body in if I can…that’s all I can do…so terribly dangerous….aaiiieeee….!!!!

Well…that was the adventure of the 3 tunels…at least the starting point…may be more later…who knows…this is a cat’s autobiography after all…just sayin’…

Monday Meowsie News…

OH MY CAT!!!!! JUST WHEN I WAS ALMOST OVER THE EXCITEMENT OF RECEIVING THE SUNSHINE AWARD…I GOT ANOTHER ONE!!!

My new furriend Texas, A Cat in New York, just gave the Liebster Award to me…I am truly humbled…(waving paw in front of face, twitching tail repeatedly)…whew!

I tried to tell if each of these bloggers had less than 200 followers, but it was not easy to find on some sites. But I love all of these and so hope they can accept…

Now, just a tad more of Monday Meowsie News…but I don’t have a photo to go with it…I was too fast for Mom!!! MOL

So most of you know, I am still in my recovery process…learning how to play again, how to trust and stuff. Well, one of the things I kind’a unlearned during my time in limbo, then in the shelters…is I unlearned how to leap and jump sort’a. I only get 2 feet off the ground at one time…anything more is pretty scary right now.

Welllll…last night…Mom was playing with me…she and Dad bought me lots of toys lately…anyways…she tossed a little pink shiny nip toy to me…and it rolled, I chased it and THEN….wait for it ……wait for it…..

YES! PAW PUMPS!!! I JUMPED…ALL 4 PAWS OFF THE FLOOR…and landed on top of it, hatched it for a while (like seconds)…then hooked my right set of claws in it and slung it down the hall….and chased it like a crazy cat!! WOO HOO! WHAT A RUSH

I looked at Mom…her mouth was open…her eyes looked kind’a wild like…and then she said something like, ummm…maybe…wellll….I think it sounded like “holly sheep”…or something like that.

So ‘cuz I didn’t give her time to take a photo…here are a couple of me playin’ and stuff…just to tide you over until I share my adventure in my Harry Potter Closet with you….
