Are you a dare devil?

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Well if you aren’t a dare devil, then The Kid Sage has you covered with her escapades. I’ll let her tell you this ~~tail~~ tale in her own words ‘cuz thank Ceiling Cat I wasn’t there to experience Mom L’s shrieks!! MOL!!!

“Ahem…coff, coff…Hi guys! TKS here. Thanks for joining ~~our bloggy~~ Savannah’s bloggy today. She asked me to ~~show off~~ illustrate my craziness that caused Mom L to babble for several minutes with incoherent sounds.

So it started like any other night. I was lounging in Alfie’s bed on the bench that sits on our staircase landing. This is the bed Alfie’s Mom Stella made for him right before he started his journey to The Bridge. We are honored that his Mom Miss Stella let our Mom L have it.

Moving on…I decided that I had never explored the staircase railing and today seemed like a good time.

Hmmm…I think this is gonna be fun!

Like any other tight rope walker, I considered my surroundings, the degree of danger aka “risk to life and limb”, and decided to go forward. That brought out Mom L’s first gasp.

Whoa! This is pretty cool! All four paws fit on this little walkway

Now Mom L is calling for Dad P and also grabbing for her phone camera. I figured that meant I was good to go with my new exploration.

I wonder if I can just slip down this to the bottom??

Yeah, well my exploration didn’t bring out the best in Mom L, what can I say.

Okay, Okay…I’m down and safe. Let me rest my tail navigator

So I gave up and hopped down onto the landing. I had to give my tail a little rest after it’s help in keeping me balanced on that narrow rail.

Old is made new again!

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Have you ever had one of your favorite old play things, now a bit dirty and dingy, made new again? Well, I never thought it could be done, but Mom L did it!

Boy oh boy!! I can bunny kick this!

That is a photo of me in 2012 when I first received my Nip N’Nap mat from a pal of Mom L’s. It was filled with the nip, which I didn’t know I liked at the time, and I took to that mat like crazy!!

I still like nothing better than having my peacock fevver pulled under that mat so’s I can jump on it and dead it! Just check out how serious I am in that photo above—see my whiskers are all pulled forward so’s to give me the best intel on what that fevver is gonna do.

So you know I luvluvluv my Nip mat. It also became a nice place to take a nap, so we call it my our Nip N’ Nap mat.

It has been refilled many times with new nip. But Mom L finally decided that it needed to be brought back to life with a good bath!!

You got it right!! She darn near deaded BOTH our Nip N’ Nap mats by putting them through the washing machine!

I guess is turned out OK, because for TKS, that first Nip N’ Nap mat of mine was like it was reborn and all new again.

*sniff, sniff*—hmmm—this smells different?

TKS gave the New “old” Nip N’ Nap mat a real workout!

I can roll on it like the old mat and get the nip smell on my furs

TKS wasn’t sure if this mat ‘reborn’ mat was gonna be fun like it was before its bath.

Ok, ok— I can bunny kick it and get my nip to smell even more

So far, so good.

Wait a minute?! Is this a set up? To get me to make it fall apart?

Suspicious as always!

umm—maybe I outta let Savvy or KK do this first

And TKS’ gung ho nature took over and she took that Nip N’ Nap reborn mat for a ride across the living room floor!!

Who cares! I’m takin’ this baby for spin across the floor!!!

Typical TKS!!

TKS and KK Cat Chat

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Well it isn’t often that we cats allow humans to catch us having a cat chat, but even with her cat-R-acts, Mom L was able to capture a silly cat chat between TKS and KK.

Hey Katie?!
What’cha want TKS?
Let’s have a contest

You can see that they were hangin’ out together, so of course a contest or game was gonna happen!

KK: “how’s about “who can look the cutest rolling upside down?” TKS: “Ummm…you mean with my head like this?”

Wow! Now KK is a master at this move.

TKS: “Perfect. Check out this move! My mouth is even kind’a open KK: “ohhh…nice one TKS

KK is so generous and always compliments TKS for her part in every game they play.

KK:” But look at mine with paws up!! TKS: “Yeah well I still think my twist with an inside out chin position is better

MOL!! TKS is still a competitor at heart!

TKS: “KK you do that upside down move all the time. Why? KK:” “Cuz I’m tryin’ to look vulnerable to you so you will wanna snuggle with me

Ahhhh—KK shares a truth.

KK: “So, is it working’ on your TKS? TKS: “*chuckle* Yeah ‘cuz now I play with you in the morning, but not so much with Her Royal Highness Savannah.

Yep, TKS got that right. I am not giving into KK’s “submissive” moves. Although I have tried a couple of playful lunges at her without any hissing from me. I’m not sure if that is “cat play” as I never had any other kitty help me learn what that is.
