Friday Frolics…And BLING!!

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

I have been having way too much fun this last couple of weeks seeing my Cousin Leo, Leo Land SV, off to his new furrever castle and then helping Basil and Mollie and Alfie make sure sweet MJ aka Mary got all sorted out with her diabetes and then gettin’ adopted…what a whirl wind!! I am simply exhausted!!!

…check out Cousin Leo…kickin’ back after snoopervising his Dad Dave getting some blog posts produced…Leo is following my lead for sure…keep the staff busy…take naps often…

But, I still have found time to entertain Mom. I even started playing with my old furriend Miss Squiggly Fuzzy! I have not played with this wand toy for a long time and now I can’t imagine WHY I stopped!

And then I have been really getting back to using my 3 Way Teleport Tunnel for just some playing and messin’ around with Mom and Dad…they like when I do that I know…

What? I didn’t do anything!

Now let’s get talkin’ about the BLING a couple of my girl furriends passed along to me this past week…

Oh Cat! Was I ever SHOCKED when I saw my name next to such pawtastic feline blogers…My BFGF (best feline girl furriend) Cathy Keisha passed the Bestest Kitty Blogger in the Cosmos Award to ME!! I have been watching others receive this award but never ever dreamed I might one day have it passed to me…I am so thrilled…(Savannah throws smoochies to CK…mwwwaaaaa!)

Next I learned that my dear furriend Nellie, from Cat From Hell, who is currently doing a global tour visiting furriends, took time to pass an award to ME!! I can’t believe she even had time to think about such things she is so very busy touring. Nellie…I luvluvluv you for thinking of me for the Wonderful Team member Readership Award.

Ummm…actually…I have this award in another form…so I won’t do all the things to accept it ‘cuz I already did them…but this one is such a pretty “Sun Face”…and I wanted to thank Nellie so very much…

Where Shall I Start…

Oh Cat! Where to start with such gratitude and humility and gratefulness….all those sin-o-gnimes….such a week…

So much to appreciate again

First , just in case you might not have heard…Mary aka MJ, in England, HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!!!

Basil broke the news earlier this week…click HERE…

Now for the update on what is happening with the PAWSOME HOPE CHEST you all helped create for Mary aka MJ…and of course, this is the Project my Cousin Leo committed to as he “pawed forward” all the kindness and help and love he was shown from all of Blogville, Twitter Anipals and Face Book Furriends…CLICK HERE to read about his Project. First…50£ will be donated directly and specifically to the Blue Cross in Mary’s name to help her new Mom Helen with Mary’s insulin costs.

Second…one contributor to Mary’s Hope Chest specifically asked that their contribution be used to purchase Mary some lovely items from Mollie and Alfie’s Shop…so Miss Stella is going to make Mary, aka MJ, a special Nip N Nap Mat and she is making one for Mary’s new brofur, Jazz, too!! How pawtastic is that??!!!!

I hope to have lots more photos and information as time goes on…but once again...Blogville, Twitter Anipals and Face Book Furriends ROCK RESCUE!!! …

There are so many more companion anipals to rescue…I know our work never stops…but can we take just one moment to celebrate this pawsome rescue and adoption into a furrever home for a sweet black panfurr ladykit who stared her life so pawfully…and then has to live with diabetes the remainder of her life…Purrlease rejoice with me in knowing she has a life to live and her new Mom Helen has hopefully given Mary, aka MJ, permission to learn TWITTER!!!

But it is so lovely…

…and just to add some interest…I am reporting on my furriend Smokey’s garden, he is an impawtant member of The Kitty Platoon…Mom and Dad have been goin’ to visit the Kitty Platoon while their human staff are off on vacay….they have the most interesting garden…almost like the Katnip Lounge garden…

And here is their Emeritus Gardener…TOBY!!…

…ummm yep…he has his traditional Summer “mohawk” fur cut…it’s a bit hot and he is always outdoors…he has…(looks over shoulder…shhhh..)…out of litter box issues…BUT…he and his brofurs have a large garden with completely fenced, electric wired and other safety features…to create the most ultimate kitty outdoor safe zone…

Monday Meowsie News…BREAKING NEWS MJ HAS HOME

MJ (aka Mary) has been adopted by Miss Helen, she will have a panfur big brother Jazz….more information in couple of days…read BASIL’S blog post today

HIYA!!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Yep!! That’s about how I feel about my post this Monday…pfffftttt!!…nothin’; nada; zip; zero…news…just some new photos of “MOI” from the recent photo shoot with Mom…sigh…

Well, I know I “hinted” I might have some news about Ms. MJ (aka Mary) over in England…but no word from my pal Basil at time of my posting this…sigh…but be sure to check his bloggy…Basil…as he is HOURS before me in posting…paws crossed for good news…about her finding her furrever home…

BUT…just let me remind all of you…the bestest news is…MJ (aka Mary) has NO, read again, NO kidney damage from her early onset of diabetes…and while she now receives 2 injections per day…the shelter believes she will only need one per day going forward…WOO HOO!! And MJ thinks her injections are FUN!!! BONUS for whomever dashes up to adopt her…just sayin”…

Also, my furriend, Selina, over at One Eye on The Future…is working hard, hard, hard to help these PAWSOME Black Panfur Kitties…Ray Charles and Rachael…find a furrever home TOGETHER…keep your “eye”…(heh…heh)…on Selina’s bloggy for more information later this week on her newly created “Page” just special for Ray Charles and Rachael…
