Showing Off My Toesies and Gettin’ Confident

I know I made such a fuss over the nail trimming stuff yesterday. But, check out my tidy toes!!!…I luv my french pedi look on both front toesies…cute, huh?…

…now ya can see my hind toesies too…they have more white on them…but nice and tidy…notice I am reaching down for something??…more about that in a sec’…

…now ya can see my other front paw, again with the french pedi look…and ya can see my white diamond under my chin…I know, I know…I’m kind’a vain…ok,ok…but I like my colors lots!…again, notice I am on the stairs…lookin’ pretty relaxed….

Here’s the deal about the toesie shots…mostly this is about me doing something new…EVEN AFTER THE NAIL CLIPPING in the morning!!

I was hangin’ out on the stairs when Mom started to go up and do my bloggy post. She decided to fetch her FLASH and CLICK thingy, and come and sit with me on the stairs…hopin against all hope that I would stay there…I usually run.

Well, I not only stayed, she got some photos…but Mom and I PLAYED on the stairs!!…I am reaching for her in that one photo above…then I rolled around like an idiot (yes, she was sing’in again!!)…and I rolled right off a step!! Ooppppps…

So then I held on to the step above me with my newly trimmed claws…and they did not get stuck!! NICE!

I hung out with Mom playin’ around on the stairs for about 10 minutes. This is a big deal ‘cuz 1) I had just had my nails done, and I was pretty much beyond it already (new behavior), 2) I don’t much play anywhere in the house except in our bedroom.

Now I play some on the stairs, in the living room where they put my 3 Tunnel Toy, I even play a bit on the upstairs landing outside Mom’s and my office…I sort’a do the rollity roll roll move…flipping over and over from side to side…ya know, being cute and coy….purrrrrr

Hope ya like my toesies…and my growing confidence…

and one more thing…I don’t know why or how, but Ms Wendy Maureen Gilmore did a really cool cat cartoon like figure of me, it is posted on my page. But here it is…it showed up from her on my Face Book page…Mom was so stoked!! Then she showed me and I was a bit leaky eyed!! How thoughtful!!! I luvluvluv this. Mom now has it as her opening screen on her iPhone so’s she can show it off…enjoy…and will Ms Wendy please let us know ‘who are you’???

Look at my white french pedi toesies!! And my white whiskers with diamonds in them…and then she captured my white diamond shape below my chin…and see that little gray indentation on my tummy??? I have two diamonds there! She captured even that!!! So special. Thank you!

Monday Meowsie News

Oh Cat! I am so fortunate to have such wonderful furriends in the paw bloggy world!

Over the last week I have been humbled yet again by the generosity and kindness of other paw bloggers…and we all know how hard it is on our paws to keep these bloggys going, huh?!

Now as EFURRYONE knows, these Awards always come with rules and such, and I will get to that after I ~~show off~~ tell you about the Awards and who passed them to me.

So first, let me give a big shout out for Cody, over at CAT CHAT Caren, who passed the Illuminating Blogger Award to me. THANKS CODY!! I do already have this Award, but I wanted to recognize my pal Cody, ‘cuz he is so catgone cute! purrrrrrs to ya Cody!

My Illuminating Blogger Award has a little different graphic, so I thought I would show off the one Cody gave me just for fun.

Then, just a couple of days before that Nerissa, at Nerissa’s Life, was so kind as to pass me the lovely Kreativ Blogger Award. I do not have this Award and it is so pretty! I think I try hard to be Kreativ, but I always fret that maybe I am just cracking myself up!!! MOL

And finally, both Mollie and Alfie and Hutch a Good Life, my guinea piggy furriends, Nibbles, Nutty, Bingo and Buddy, they each passed the same two awards to me on the same day!!!

That’s a big SCORE TWO for me, to have such wonderful furriends who think alike. Thanks ever so much to all of you for honoring me.

Again, humble paw pats to all.

Now the rules and stuff

I have already answered the questions, shared things about myself…so I am not gonna bore ya with that.

And yup, ya guessed it! I CAN’T PICK just a few other blogs to pass these forward to, so I am offering them up for anyone who wants to show them on their blog pages. Efurryone works their paws off managing their blogs and I can’t just pick 5 or 10 or whatever…

I am excited to read my email and reader to see what efurryone is up to on their blogs and I enjoy each and all for so many reasons. Thank you for coming by to see me and especially for showing your interest with these pawsome Awards.

Now, just to let ya know…today was NAIL TRIMMING DAY!!!! AIIIIEEEEEEYIYIYIYIYI..

Dad did the ‘Grab and Scruf’ when I was just hanging out on the end of our bed after brekkies…what a mean DAD! Shame!!!

Then, MOM whips out those EVIL CLIPPERS…bad, bad Mom!!! She grumbled something like “holy shrimp, these are daggers!”….What??!! My Nails! NEVER!

So after, I ran to my Bird Watching Tower…checked over my shoulder to make sure Dad wasn’t following…

…harrummmpppffff…now I have’ta clean ’em all over again…Oh Cod! Mom left rough edges…ick! They were so nice and sharp…

…pppfffttttt…what the??!!…what did she leave on them….ewwwwww…..

…say what?? you talkin’ to me!!!…smacking lips…just put your hand down close to my mouth, go on…try….

Oh Cat!!! They’re Here!!!!!!!

It’s true, it’s true!!!…I can’t believe this is happening in California now!!

Remember, this last week, May Ling, over at Katnip Lounge, told this story about the marauding Pincing Pincers…these Pincing Pincers attacked May Ling, Johnny, Grayce, Maui, Rupert and Sccouty (he stared them down, and Johnny moved in to help, whew, thank cod!)

Finally, they attacked Mommy Trish!!! HORRIBLE TO WATCH!!!

Then, just when Katnip Lounge thought all was safe ‘cuz Mommy Trish vanquished (vocab builder) the Pincing Pincers….OH COD!!! They had spawned whilst left on their own…

Where would they go next….AIIIIEEEEEEYIYIYIYIYIYIIIIII….THEY”RE HERE!!!!!!

…right there…in front of me…trying to invade my Safe Spot!!! OH COD OH COD!!!!…what to do, what to do…NONONONO!!!…they are opening!!!….pant, pant, pant…

…CAN YOU SEE!!! They made Mom hold their tail!!! She is trying to pull it away from my head…puff, puff…shiver, shiver…

OOOOWWWWWWW!!!!…no, no…it is grabing my head!! Mom, Mom…get Dad!!! Dad, Dad…come help!!! THE NEVADA PINCING PINCERS ARE HERE!!!!!

…Efurryone, be afraid…be very, very afraid!…they spawned in Nevada…then migrated to California…no telling where in the world they will show up again, and again, and again….

Dad saved the day…he grabbed them and threw them out the window…hmmmmmm…wonder what that plant food will do for their incessant (vocab builder) spawning….ooohhhhh…not good, not good….
