HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!
My ALERT is about needing to take some time off…Mom Linda and I have made so many commitments to help in some rescue efforts…we just cannot keep up that traffic AND post AND visit.
So I chose to NOT POST…for at least a week…and I chose to WORK RESCUE COMMITMENTS and VISIT MY FURRIENDS.
That is what I am doing and I hope you will understand…I so miss all my furriends…and I don’t know what is happening to efurryone and I can’t stand it anymore…so I am not posting again until Next Thursday…Oct 17.
And now the FUN…

Hi savannah. I totally understand not having enough time to do so many things. Mom is always like that.
Hello sweet girl! Well, I see your Blogcation is continuing. *My* stoopy Human has been helping me post but we have hardly visited anybody in days and days and now tonight she is going “out”–Pfft! Honestly, I don’t know why I put up with the lousy service around here. I might pack my bags and head to your place. Oh wait–your Humans aren’t doing much better, are they? Shoot. I need a new plan. Sigh.
well, the best laid plans for using the whole week off from posting failed. WE were supposed to visit every blog at least twice…pffffffttttt! is right Spitty. Hardly any visits got done. She spent all her time working on photos for a video for some other cats that need a home and then she just got involved with someone here in Alamo, Moraga who saved 24 kitties from a hoarding situation in Texas.All the kitties are here in our area since June, but need homes…all are in great condition, social and just beautiful. Now we have to do a “hurry up” blog post for Monday ‘cuz the blogacation is over…I doubt anyone will visit me after this but I will still keep posting ‘cuz we like to do it.
OF COURSE! We will keep visiting you! (When my stoopy Human lets me). We are surprised that some people kept visiting us even though we had hardly visitied anybody in DAYS and DAYS! XOXOXO What your peeps are doing is super important, so we should cut them some slack, right?
gosh Spitty, I hope you and others will encourage readers to give us a break. But if you and others don’t, we are doomed, I can bet on it. WE have so much more to tell, to share, to watch as far as my recovery and I keep getting better…and more outgoing…but I did just have a week of regression…so going ahead is hard. yes, yes Rumpy, I am here…we took a week blogacation…thought we would catch up on visits we never seem to make then we got paw deep in two cat rescue projects…one is for Ray Charles and Rachel…we have a huge TWitter Launch with video planned for execution next week. THe video took time. Now we just found someone local who has saves 24 beautiful healthy well adjusted cats ages 8 mos to 5 yrs old from a hoarding situation in TExas so of course we are trying to find ways to help. So, we still have not caught up on visits. Hopefully, some today and tomorrow. so sorry but I do know tomorrow is your BIRTHDAY!!!

I just don’t know how to keep up with doing what I have passion for, writing and rescue OR should I visit to boost readers…so I need to step back and think what I really want. I do not care about making money unless it is to donate to rescue efforts. Retirement, once we gave up our home, has brought some peace of sorts…we have many more choices…just never sure where we will live…but that’s manageable. WE are doing what we both have passion to do…without pressure from “must make money”…we know what we have…and that is it. Peace
You know what you DON’T want and Savvy this is a positive thing. I know people like you and Glogirly put a lot of work and care into blogging – it shows in the care and commitment of each post. Deep breath young lady – we do not want to lose so good a friend and colleague.

You are smart Savannah–My Human has been so “busy” with HER stuff (misplaced priorities is what I say!) that she has totally been neglecting my blogging needs–we’ve skipped days and not visited for days and days and generally been unreliable. We feel totally out of it. Sigh.
But you know it’ll be the 17th before you even know it!!!

yes, that is a lot of the reason we are taking time off. I am going to go to every one of my furriends at least ONCE this coming week…after Mom and Dad come back from the Niners football game on SUnday!! Their friends who get a box at Candlestick invited them to go to the Niners vs AZ Cardinals tomorrow. Woo Hoo…GO NINERS!! And I do hope you notice, I may come by late, but I try so very hard to not miss your posts BFGF
Um, did the Niners win? Didn’t see the score. Still waiting for that visit. Just kidding with you. I know you read them all.
WOOT WOOT!!! YES THEY WON! Not a pretty win…but a win none the less…Mom Linda hobbled from Candlestick and spent all day Monday in bed. If you had not reminded her about Tuesday as B4TC she would have done nothing. Been on drugs since Saturday, horrible back spasm…but she made that game…who gets to sit in a box!
Do your rescue thing and come back to post when you can.
We sure understand about life’s responsibilities getting in the way at times. We’ve been laying out on visits ourselves, but we’ll try to do better too.
Good idea, Savvy.Our humans have been home for a whole week after abandoning us for ten days, and we are still playing catch-up. Mom has work to do for the rescue she works with that she really better do something about or they might fire her from being a volunteer. We will really miss seeing you, but you know what they say, “Absence makes the heart grow fonder.” See you later! We’ve been trying to take care of Mom’s calendar so we’ve been kind of slow with posting things. She warned us that it’s going to get even busier as the weeks go by. She better not get so busy that she forgets to feed us!!! You and your Mom take care and come back and chat when you can. Love you………

While we’ll miss you, Savannah, we think you and Mom Linda have your priorities in order. Our HuMom says she knows about choosing and not over-extending yourself. When you get over-extended, none of the things you love to do are fun anymore. You know how to reach us if you need to, so until then or your back online, enjoy life….especially important for our bipeds, since they only get one.
Savvy I hope you and your Mom have a good bit of time off – well deserved for sure – we all must follow our hearts wherever they lead us. We’ll be here whenever you get back! For sure!
