HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!
So truth be told…”I” Savannah and The Kid Sage may just be (not yet confirmed) relatively spoilt adult rescue cats…just a thought…no conclusions as yet.
Which bring me to my Thankful Thursday blog post…I do try very hard to honor Pepi Smart Dog’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop by making sure my Thursday blog post is about the events that make me purr like crazy.

This week I am a bit embarrassed to be posting about something very selfish which caused me to purrr….Dad P and Mom L decided that our home needed more ‘catification’…and brought home a totally modern new cat tower!! (be sure to hover over photos for cations and to click to bigify to view complete captions)
This is, of course, after all the ‘drama’ of it arriving with these fateful words…”Some Assembly Required”. Those little words drive FEAR into Dad P’s heart…he shudders, shakes and moans…no, no…seriously…I am totally NOT kidding…just ask Mom L (in a secret coded message)
This cat tower caught Dad P’s eye when the cats at Katnip Lounge won this model at Blog Paws when all the contents of the Cat Lounge were given away. The gang over at The Lounge report they LOVE this tower.
And so it arrived….
And then the snoopervison began…such as it was…heh…heh…
And so Dad P labored on…alone…continued over several blog posts…a certain NOT TO BE MISSED series of how the White Tower was built, and then used, at Castle Savannah…heh…heh…

Mom saw those towers at BlogPaws and thought they were the coolest thing. We can’t wait to see future posts about it. Looks as if Dad P managed to put it together all by himself. That would be a very familiar story at our house. I gotta say that is a cool cat tower.
I laughed out loud at this. Pop isn’t handy at all and since his accident, he has no strength in one arm. Uncle Vince has put all my cat furniture together for the past couple of years. The peeps just saw a cat tree they want to get for me but those three words: some assembly required is stopping them. MOL! Use your new tower in the best of health.
That is a really neat tower your Dad put together for you guys! We really love how you two snoopervised and then both gave up and took good long naps 🙂

That is one very beautiful new cat tower, Savannah. Our Dad is useless when it comes to assembly and directions – that’s totally a Mom job here. We bet he was very appreciative of any help you could give.

OMC! The head peep has had one of those in her Amazon wish list forever but hasn’t bought it. You are lucky kitties! We heard when Katie and Waffles got one that assembly it together required some HBO words. Is that true?
Well it DOES look like it had a whole lot of bits and pieces to it – looks like a project alright – my poor Dad would have been tackling that with a brewski in one hand and a hammer in the other……it does look like a way cool tower though!!
