Autobiography of a Former Shelter Cat

My many faces and moods

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Mom L suggested that my readers might enjoy viewing a series of close up  photos she took of me recently; as well as a couple of short videos of me playing with one of my iPad games. I may be about 14 years old, but this kitty is still stylin’!!

Actually Mom L was trying to capture the true color of my green eyes in natural light. She swears I have turquoise in my eyes!! Silly Mom L!

What do you think?

Just so’s you all know I still have my playful spirit, check out my moves with this fishie.

Hope you found pleasure in these troubling times taking a look at my many faces.

Friday Memes for Friday Smiles

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

I am back with my Friday Memes. So sorry to have missed last Fraaiday, but Mom L lost control of her right index finger and she is for sure a “rightie” in typing. Please do forgive her typos…

ONWARD—!!!

First up is TKS.

As much as TKS luvluvluvs a nice lap…enough is enough…Na’mean?

Darling Opal, from the Mom and Dad of The Cult of Otis, is pondering just what it means for her Mom Miss Julie to spend time on something called “Zoom:? Anyone out there know what that means??

As for me, I am so tired of having to remind Dad P about the “mask required” when he serves our meals, I may have to report him to Ceiling Cat!!

How are you humans serving you these days—mask or no mask?? Reminder they give “it” to us.

Katie’s First Art Project

HIYA!!   SAVANNAH HERE!!!

First I am so sorry I didn’t post my Friday Memes for Friday Smiles. Mom L injured her right index finger and could not type for me.  She is lots better, but if you find silly typos in this post, please ignore, Ok?!

Right! Moving on to the amazing start of a potential artist in our furramily.

Our Sunday morning started off pretty much as usual, kitties snoozing in our unmade bed.

Mom L thought Katie looked bored so’s she opened up a cat game on her iPad to see if Katie might enjoy it. I know I sure did the first time I tried it. That squeekie mousie is really fast on  that screen.

Examining her palette

I am sharing a couple of her photos from her first experience, but if you are in a hurry, just skip forward to the slideshow to view all her actions captured by Mom L.

Hmmm…I can see that I need more paw whacks in the top

You see every times Katie paw whacks that schmousie running around the screen, she makes a random color splatter.

Hmmm… maybe just a touch down here will add to the interest of my color palette

Here is the entire art project in a short slide show.

And here is Katie’s final product. Isn’t it beautiful?
