Culmination (VBP) of VBP

HIYA!!  SAVANNAH HERE!!!

The peeps have this proverb  (whatever that is???) that kind’a goes like this…

“All Good Stuff Must One Day Come To End”

And so goes our energetic Vocabulary Building Project Blog Hop…good while we kept it going…but now must end….

WHY?? You ask WHY??…

…well, I can’t be spokescat for my pal Texas …(you can visit his bloggy today to see his particulars)…but I know he will share his thoughts on our decision to end VBP Blog Hop.  But I want to let everyone know that without Texas we would never have figured out that linky thingy and Texas was our ‘go to’ tech expert on setting up the codes each week to allow us to have the hop…THANKS TEXAS!!

…Nor can I be spokescat for Jetty (head on over to his bloggy to learn what’s up with him)…but I am sure he will be sharing his take on our decision as well.  And…I wanna give a great humongous THANK YOU JETTY for having been the creator of the whole concept of Vocab Building words in our blogs…

As for “MOI”..I need a bit more time for hangin’ at the beach…I do live in California after all…(graphic courtesy of Miss Ann at Zoolatry)…and I know we three are all trying to do lots of things right now and well, VBP needs to end…who knows…we may bring it back later this year…but only if we can give it the time it deserves…

And so, with a joyous heart because we had so much fun doing VBP and a sad heart because we just cannot keep it going right now…Jetty, Texas and I must close our VBP dictionary.

I will still toss in a VBP word now and then, whenever you see the , you will know it’s a VBP word, but we won’t have the blog hop anymore. I hope you enjoyed joining us and reading each others words.

I really wanna thank all of you who pawticipated in our little VBP venture and also thank all of you who supported us in getting it started.

My gratefulness is abundant this week ‘cuz we are getting some great weather and my garden is starting to grow!!  Now you know I also pawticipate in my furriend Jonesie’s Thursday Feline Gardeners Society Report to…

Monday Meowsie News…

HIYA!!!  SAVANNAH HERE!!!

See, I told you I’d be back real soon, huh?!  I’m going to post every Monday and Thursday and then a couple more times when I have stuff to meow about…that’s my plan for now…hope you will check me out again in the coming days and weeks…sooooooo….

I just needed a bit of time to rest my paws and give Mom some luvs too…we have had people over for noms and I even came out and played with Dad when one lady human was here. First time ever that I joined Mom and Dad and a visitor…and then I actually stayed to play for like 20 minutes!!

I am gettin’ so much more brave.

So, here’s somethin’ else to CELEBRATE…remember I told ya I used to luvluvluv my Bird Watching Tower at our old home??? I played on it a lot with Mom and stuff.

Then when we moved I didn’t play on it, but I did take a nap here and there…that was last Fall…

…see…there I am enjoying a nice sun puddle…

Well, then Catmouse came along…and this thingy called a “tree” came into the same room…and it made itself at home right there next to my Bird Watching Tower…not a good thing, no sirree…not a good thing at all…see how my tower is sort’a crammed against that window…brrrrrrrr…I never went back to my tower again. Nope, not ever again since Catmouse was over and the tree was moved back to its box…

Oh, Dad moved it around and stuff…but I never even gave it a sniff; let alone get on it.

So, they moved it to the landing on the second floor thinkin’ maybe I would like it up there…right next to a nice big window that looks out on the tree tops…they said “Great bird and squirrel TV Savvy”…yeah, right! NOT!

Nope, I stayed away from that Bird Watching Tower (BWT).

Then, Mom got an idea.  She took a great big towel and made me a TENT!!! ON MY BIRD WATCHING TOWER!!!  (thank you Sammy for teaching Mom about cats and tents!!)

Check it out…nice, huh?!

Well, Mom and Dad went to bed…and when Dad got up…he found me…

All Mom had upstairs was her iPad but she got a shot of me all snuggled down in my THIRD FLOOR on my BWT!  I didn’t even look up…Mom was able to run downstairs and get her camera…and I NEVER EVER MOVED!

…then I had to give her a little glare…enough was enough already!!

I mix up which tent I sleep in..sometimes the one in our bedroom…

…and sometimes in my BWT…this is making my life way more fun I can tell you!!!

Hope lots of you have noticed I have been around to visit…I still have lots more catchin’ up to do…but I am starting to use my paws to get around to visit you all…luvluvluv each and every one of you…
