Friday Frolics…

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Let me start off my Friday Frolics by sharing with all of you the totally PAWSOME prize Cuzin Leo and I won for our “Most Original Costume” at Mollie and Alfie and Misaki’s Halloween Ball…

…here is our photo entry of our costumes…ummmm…so I did actually ask Cuzin Leo if he would ‘escort’ me to the ball…and join me for dinner…heh…heh

…Ok…*drum roll please…rappity tap tap *…and the prize was…from my new furriend Ruby the Airdale...and just check out what she gave us…pawsome toys and incredible nip…MOUSES!!

…aside from my ongoing continuing research into the blogville rumors I have heard…and which have caused me some degree of stress…yes…the stress is due to these rumors which I am still attempting to validate…my pals Nerissa and now Silver are working with me to sort this all out…so thanks to all who have fretted about me and my huFamily…we are all OK…just these ‘rumors”…hmmmm…more about that later.

Probably no surprise to most of you…my pawrents totally, like totally, spoil me. So they decided that I have given up ever using my TALL CAT TOWER ever again…”hoo humm”…so they brought home another one…shorter…hoping against hope I might use at least the top part.

They “assumed” I would never ever use the little round cylinder which is supposed to be for ‘small’ kitties…heh…heh…fooled them…

…they thought that was a ‘one off” experience…I would never ever get up there again…MOL!!!

And now my last little shocker-oo for Mom Linda this week…Mom was yelling at Dad Peter “where is Savannah??”…and he looked at her and said….”ahhh…I think she is behind you…”…Mom turned around and discovered I was once again…after a long absence…in the special chair she bought JUST FOR ME in our office…

And so…what’s the big deal??

Thank each and every one of you who shared sweet, precious Phinny’s sad tale from my Thursday post…please keep sharing…maybe we can help him “Be The Miracle”…as Leader Otis counseled us upon his passing to The Bridge…I know he spoke of the limbo cats…but I also know Leader Otis would count Phinny as a “Miracle” once he has his furrever home…I just know…that is how pawsitive Leader Otis lived his life…

Thursday Purrsday…

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Thursday Purrsday is my day to share some of the things that keep me purring. And, sometimes I share things I hope you will help me do, so someone else can have a good Thursday Purrsday too.

…I have a little of both today…I had Mom Linda almost gushing leaky eyes yesterday afternoon. You see, she bought me two really nice hammik beds like the ones we see lots of other kittehs enjoying…I got them last Catmas Day. Now, Cuzin Leo has one I gave him for his New Furrever Castle Warming…and well…I just don’t use mine much at all.

Mom Linda always hoped I would use mine, which I keep in our office, so I can nap in it while she types my blog. She got her wish Wednesday…(click to bigify and hover your mousie over each photo for captions)

I am so purrleased that I have this hammik near Mom Linda…you see…we have been having some stress at home…I can’t talk about yet…I need more information…but I have been a tad jumpy lately…just sayin’…

And now for a request to you all….to help make another adult rescue woofie (BTW…they deserve forever homes too for all you kittehs out there wondering *snicker*) have a Thursday Purrsday of his own soon.

He so wants to kiss Foster Mom

Well, Phinny had so many peeps wanting to help him get well…Contra Costa Humane Society, my former rescue who pulled him, a pitty mix, from being PTS…received $12, 000 USD in donations to help pay for Phinny’s surgery and recovery. And peeps lined up wanting to be put on the list to adopt Phinny when he was through his surgery.

Guess WHAT! His surgery was successful…and now…no one wants to adopt him!

…check him out after his surgery…just hanging out with his foster siblings…

…sigh…

…zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…

Here is my request for all of you reading my Thursday Purrsday post…please help me, help Phinny…he is all well now and looking for his furrever home…and no one, nope, not anyone…after he had his life saving surgery…has stepped forward to adopt Phinny…please, please…share, Tweet, post about Phinny…let’s get him to his furrever home before Catmas Day…

…check him out after his full recovery surgery…learning all about PEANUT BUTTER..

I am not asking for any green papers, I am just asking you to promote this pawsome woofie…Mom Linda and Dad Peter have purrsonally volunteered to transport him to anywhere in Northern California, and as far as Reno, Nevada and up to the Oregon border.

Let’s all do what we do best in Blogville…help Phinny have his very own Thursday Purrsday…

Double Take Wednesday

Sometimes…you know how you look quick over your shoulder…and you think you just saw YOURSELF???

HIYA!! SAVANNAH HERE!!!

Well I get that feeling a lot ‘cuz me and my BFGF (Best Feline Girl Friend) Cathy Keisha share a lot of the same looks, ‘tudes and lack of interest in stuff like the nip and whatnot..’na mean???

Why, some of our photos on our blogs make us both do double takes we look so similar…don’t ‘cha think so???

…and last…but never ever “least”…our PLUSHIES met up at Blog Paw this year…we had some presentation time…and also some time to share some gossip…who knew there was a “Plushies” crowd and a “flatcat” crowd!!!

It was my very very first ever Blog Paws conference…what a trip I can tell you…but…CK and I got to share watching our good buddy Nerissa, Nerissa’s Life, WIN the Best Blog Writer Award…WOO HOO…ummmm…sorry Nerissa…meant to say “MOUSES!!”…heh…heh
